True to size. Just learn to "widen up" your order, because SAS always runs narrow. Simplify style is the widest of the slip-on loafer styles. They also are good for ladies with shaky balance -- comfortable and somewhat stylish.

Bought these in black snake print and black croc (returning), but brown much more sophisticated for croc print. This croc leather is less flexible when new, and not identical in feel to other “Simplify” patterns. I wear an 8 med in all Merrell shoes and I’ve learned that my SAS shoes need to be an 8.5. True to SAS design, this shoe is too wide in the heel, but easiy to fix with heel inserts. The toe box is not nearly as round/wide to be comfy on my feet all day at work. Kept these in size 8.5 med. Didn’t need them, but too beautiful to part with.

I have a narrow foot and a narrow heel. I ordered the SAS Simplify in AA narrow and it is too loose for me. I ordered the SAS Twin in AAA slim. It fits fine.

Love the shoe, but I tried a 10 last time and it was tight on the toe, tried the 11 but my heel slips out as i have a narrow foot but the heel has too much room/give in it The shoes look very nice and are comfortable on the foot.

Nice shoe. I couldn’t wear them. Too wide in the heel.

SAS SIMPLIFY in the Brown Tetris color is a really good looking casual loafer and is wonderfully soft underfoot. I loved it, and am VERY disappointed to have to return them because they are way too narrow in the forefoot for me (I normally wear a medium width shoe). The heels of the loafer fit perfectly, so I can't order the shoe in a wide for more room in the forefoot because I'm sure my heels will be slip out of the back of a wide shoe. I'm really disappointed. They're so cute and comfy!

The instep hit on the arch of my right foot, which has no arch, therefore the shoe was too tight and cut into my foot. Sorry for me, the shoe is otherwise good for most people.

I ordered 9N, 9 1/2 AA is my usual size, so was hoping for a good fit; however, as often happens with SAS, the heel was too wide for my foot and the shoe slipped. Must return. Too bad, as it is a nice-looking and comfortable casual shoe.

I really loved these shoes but with and without socks they squeaked! I knew the noise would drive me crazy so sadly I returned them!

I recently bought my second pair of the Simplify black croc loafer in size 6,5 M. I have worn the previous pair for more than 5 years doing a lot of walking. It was the most comfortable long distance walking shoe for my rather narrow and small feet. I hoped that the new pair would have the same fit. Unfortunately this shoe style was redesigned (not sure whether it is the width or something else). At first the fit was just fine. However, my hill started slipping out of the new shoes after about two-three weeks of wearing. It is uncomfortable to wear shoes that are falling off your feet. There are plenty of not so comfortable shoes on the market for much less, no reason to spend more money to buy SAS shoes anymore. UPSETTING as customers with smaller and narrow feet need comfortable shoes and we are not ready to wear "grandmother" styles. I can see that other reviewers made similar comments.

First let me say...this is a beautiful shoe. I have trouble finding a WW shoe that is comfortable. Last year I bought a pair of METRO's and they worked. I bought another pair this year and wanted to try the SIMPLIFY. I had to return them as they are nowhere near a WW. It was hard to even get the front of my foot in them. Can't there be a standard WW shoe mold?

I love these shoes for fit and comfort and was sad I had to return both colors I bought because they squeak no matter what you do, both on the soul and inside the shoe. I decided squeaking when I walk was not a good look/sound. :) So bummed since I like them so much.

Heel too large and toe box width too narrow; length true to size. Overall a serviceable loafer, but not as stylish for current fashion as desirable.

I have an 8N foot with a narrow heel with an almost-narrow toe; while many narrow shoes don't have enough room in the toe, these do. Unfortunately they slip off my heel. They have some padding, not great arch support ( I don't get this about SAS - $140 for a pair of not-pretty shoes, couldn't they pad these at least as well as Clarks?!). I only ordered SAS because my narrow painful feet don't get along with most shoes these days.

I loved these shoes but as others have mentioned the heel slipped and was scratchy. My feet are flat and the arch support was minimal.

Well made shoe. Lots of synthetic lining which makes the shoe hot. Ordered 7W, and toe box was too narrow. Ordered 7WW and the whole shoe was way too wide.

These shoes looked pretty good especially for extreme comfort shoes. I really really really wanted to keep them but the heel kept slipping on both feet even though the heel doesn’t appear to be especially wide. That would tear the skin off my heels - not a good feature in a pair of shoes. So sorry that I have to send them back.

I have very narrow feet and as lasts for shoes keep getting wider, there are fewer brands I can wear. SAS makes a real Slim size and even where the toe area is wider, they give me a way to tighten it.

I loved these shoes, but I have to return both pairs. My left foot is 11.5m and my right foot is 11.m. I can't keep the right foot on even with inserts. I can manage with sandals in warmer weather but need closed a toe in colder temperatures. Do you have any suggestions how to help me?

While shopping for shoes my cousin said if I bought a pair of these shoes I would never ware them out. True. I have been wearing the first pair for around ten years now. Still looks good and feels good. I ware them every day. I now have two more pairs. Just wanted a change of color.

My mother loves SAS shoes. I bought this pair for her birthday and a black pair for Mother's Day. They are comfortable and fit great. I will continue to buy quality shoes from this company.
