This shoe is beautiful and fit my narrow, high-arched foot perfectly. Love this one so much that I bought two black pairs and am waiting for the red ones to be back in stock.

This shoe is beautiful and very comfortable. I love the pearl finish which adds a touch of sophistication. The problem is the heel - it slips on my foot when I walk. So sorry that I must return.

SAS are quality shoes, and I can find a good fit in their styles. I take either a 4-1/2 medium or a 5 medium. Old SAS loafers are all 4-1/2, but decided I would try out a 5 medium this time. This specific style shoe fit well in the 5, but I only tried it on, didn't walk in it for any length of time. Hope it will not break in where I walk out of the size. Time will tell. I like the simply styling of this shoe and it's very comfortable. I'm hesitant about ordering shoes on-line due to sizing, but Zappos is an excellent company to deal with for returns and customer satisfaction.

This is MY shoe! I have an almost impossible foot to fit. Long (size 10), very narrow (S) , especially the heel, and I am flat footed. I grew up wearing orthopedic shoes, with arch supports. They were hard, rigid, and horribly painful. I need my shoes to be soft leather, but still look decent, not orthopedic. I slipped this pair on when they arrived, and wore them all day. They still felt like a dream - as if it was custom made for me. I have it in several colors, and have thrown out anything else.

IMO these shoes are pretty, and except for a little tightness on my right foot, because it's bigger than my left foot, the fit was spot on. I am stretching the right shoe before putting on and will "break it in" as I wear it. But right out of the box they were very comfortable.

SAS producess a quality shoe at a moderate price. Love 'um. This one is a sleek, pared-down style--a very sophisticated, classic loafer that can be dressed up or down. There's room for a 3/4 orthotic insert. if needed. I have found their sizing very consistent across styles.

The heal was a little scratchy. I knew if I wore them any length of time I would have a blister. Where the crock embossing is sewn to the inside of the shoe needs to be finished off better.

Love this shoe and SAS! also have the black. It is very comfortable--I can stand and walk for a long time and don't need my orthotics. I wish SAS made more styles in narrow and slim.

Excellent shoe. I have a pair of SAS sunny shoes, and was looking for an equally stylish shoe that provided more arch support. These are definitely more supportive, and almost as stylish. The cushioning is extremely noticeable from the instant you put your foot in the shoe. My only complaint is that when wearing these barefoot, my foot tends to move a bit creating a fart-like noise!

These are very nice shoes and seem to be true to size but I am returning because they do not have the arch support I need. The navy is a very nice color and comfortable, just not much arch support.

The fit was great, until I walked and the shoe slipped of the back of my heel. Wish they still made 4A heels.

They were a bit small in width in the ball of the foot. The extra thickness where the top attaches to the side is uncomfortable.

This shoe slipped at the heel My feet are wide in the front and narrow in the heel. The leather is quite soft. Good looking shoe.

Like the shoes; not “stylish” but quite comfortable; rubbed blisters the first time they were worn. Good now.

Love the look of this shoe. It's very much what I've been searching for .. a black loafer with arch support. However, they fit well in the toe box but the heel was just too wide and caused a great deal of slippage. A narrower width would probably be uncomfortable in the toe box. Might go try them on in a store and see if I can find a better fit.

This shoe was another one of SAS's comfortable collection. I ordered a 12S thinking it would be a good fit for my 11.5 AAA foot - and it is, but just a tad too long and a tiny bit too wide. SAS is one of the few shoe companies that I can count on as being accurate in size.

Comfy shoe, but the navy was too dark and I prefer the metro instead. So I'm going to return these. I have these in bone and love them daily casual wear,but prefer the metro because it has a dresser look!

Love these shoes! I have such narrow and long feet that it's hard to find shoes that fit. These are my 3rd. pair and the only problem I have is that they are too wide even in the slim width. I wish they came in a SS width but they don't. They WILL stretch out in time though if not wide enough. Very comfortable!

Because if slim heel, I will need a super slim in this particular shoe.

I really liked the fit, however there was something in the heel area that was very rough and cutting into the heel and support in ball of the foot was uncomfortable
