Let's be honest, SAS is not exactly known for cool shoes and these are certainly not very cool. But what they lack in coolness they almost make up for in comfort, arch support, and true narrowness. I just wished SAS made more stylish shoes in narrow sizes. But I'm grateful to SAS for being one of the only manufacturers to make truly narrow shoes.

The heel seemed wide and the top outer sides of the shoes rubbed up against my ankles. Sadly these won't work for me.
I'd also recommend:
Grasshopper, if they still made shoes appropriate for office wear.

First, I should have read the description better because I thought these were leather and was surprised to open the box to find a stretch synthetic fabric. However, that stretch fabric felt great on my bunion and had enough give in the toe box. The problem is that they gaped as I walked and the heel kept stretching and popping off my foot. I really wanted to keep them, but ultimately they just didn't fit well.

So sad to return these. I have a bunion that gives me trouble. I've worn SAS before in a 9W and they always fit. Based on reviews, I ordered WW in these but still too tight. The red was so fun. Zappos is great. I will keep trying.

I have bought this a few times for many years. They are comfortable and durable. In the last 5 years, I bought 2 pairs and found a color defect in the left shoe. See image below - there is a light white stripe. This white stripe was obvious right out of the box. The shoe I bought as a repacement for the previous pair with the same issue. SAS reluctantly gave me $25 off. I purchased because previously I had a great experience with this shoe. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue. The customer service has been very unhelpful and disparaging. The agent said, I must be doing something wrong since this defect appeared on two separate pairs. As a woman in her late 50s I replied, I have had many shoes in my life and have never had this issue. Anyone else have this problem?

An SAS shoe with no arch support? Yeah, that is my complaint. I purchased two pair… in grey and in black. I wore the grey pair to visit an art museum. There is so little support for my high arches that my feet pronated markedly and hurt so that I wanted to scream. My museum trip was spoiled. I am sorry that I wore the grey ones as I do not feel that it is appropriate to return a worn shoe… but I would sure like to!!

I love this style shoe and I was elated that I found them on Zappos. However, I couldn't get my size 11 into them - so to give a good review is impossible. I am sending them back and hopefully I will be able to find a pair that will fit - I don't know if I should order a size up or not. The jury is out on that one

This would be a really nice stylish and comfortable shoe, other than SAS has fallen to Wide sized shoes not really being any wider than regular width. I ordered WW and the platform is almost 1/2" narrower than my Viva Ws. Something about the heel eats sox. No matter what sox I tried, they shoe pulled the sox down.

I purchased this shoe in August 2019, I didn't wear to work until this week (Oct 2019) when the weather turned colder. On the second day of wear this ultra comfortable shoe has developed a squeak in the right shoe. Everyone in the office can hear my every step, I sound like Mrs. Doubtfire! I have worn these for 2 days, so now I'm stuck with a $128 pair of embarrassing shoes....

These are cute, but have a silver line around the outside of the sole that is not just a reflection in the picture online and that looks sort of odd and out of place. The soles don't really have any tread.

The fit was fine in the toes, but the heel slipped too much when walking. A more narrow size would squish my toes, so this did not work for me. Too bad because another Zappo shoe, I think it is Vita style, works well, but it comes up higher in the instep, is tighter with elastic panels to stretch enough to put on so it does work.
Not this one though, too bad, it is a pretty shoe.

i wear a 8 1/2 size shoe, this shoes is about 1/2 size too large for me. Thanks again to Zappos for sending shoes for me to try on, I return more than I keep, I appreciate zappos for their wonderful service

SAS is a good brand, and this shoe does not disappoint. I took these on a cruise and wore them frequently around the ship and to the dining room. The black snake color can go from a little dressy to very casual and makes a good travel shoe. The pattern keeps the style fresh and modern-looking for any age.

My feet are hard to fit with wide toes and a narrow heel. The shoes are comfortable enough that I think I can wear them for the entire day, and they're attractive!

great fit on right foot. Tighter fit on left foot because half size difference between both feet, and left toes fit better with rounded toe
