Nice light weight walking shoe. The outer portion of the shoe does sit high to the ankle bone. May or may not be a problem after walking a lot.

Have hammer toe and bunions, but this shoe with my additional arch support, is wearable. Shoe is expensive, but after an extensive search for a navy shoe to wear as mom of the bride, I found a shoe that will work. Wish I had tried Zappos earlier. Would have saved months of searching!

Beautiful shoe and just what I was looking for, but i have a high arch and instep. They are too tight on the instep for me.

Fit felt good although the sides are high and dig into my ankles. Will need to return as they are not comfortable due to this issue.

These are very comfortable and stylish - if I was still working I would wear there often. But I am looking for something more casual and sturdy for walking while traveling so returned them.

My foot is narrow in the heel but not in the toe area following a surgery. This shoe isn't the height of fashion but it stays on and it's comfortable.

Neither too big or too small. Cut too high on the side under my ankle so it rub and cuts into my outside ankle.

Nicely made beautiful shoe. I ordered 11 narrow. They were long enough, and wide enough across the ball of the foot, but the heel slipped badly. I tried adding an insole but it didn’t help. Not much arch support, unless you add an insole.slim would be too narrow and half size down would be tight.

Felt a little longer and narrower then marked. I put heel pads in the back to help because a half size smaller was too small. I had to exchange for a slim rather than a AA.

The shoe feels a little hot but is a decent fit for someone who has very hard to fit feet

Material was good, not prone to scuff or show wear. U fortunately, the medium width was too wide for me and the shoe was not available in my size.

This is a beautiful shoe and I would certainly recommend it. My problem was I ordered 1/2 size larger than normal and that was a mistake. These shoes apparently run true to size. I have a high instep, so I ordered the "W" and that fit good. These shoes do have some give so do keep that in mind.

Wish these come in 11.5.The 12 was too big. I have several SASstyles in 11.5 and they fit perfectly.

I have wide feet and deal with plantar fasciitis. I am on my feet all day and was looking for shoes that are comfortable enough to wear all day. I ordered a wide size shoe and feel a little tightness on the sides of my feet when I walk in them but they are still manageable and don’t feel that soreness by the end of the day like some other shoes. I love the look and height of the shoe. Also, love the snug fit in the heel. It doesn’t slip out when walking.

sending these back for a medium width. I do have narrow feet and have a problem with most shoes being too wide. Ordered a narrow in these but it was too narrow. Going to try a medium because I think the shoes are very attractive.

I was satisfied with the overall look and comfort of the shoe. However, I had to return them because I have a narrow foot and they were a little too wide for me. Also there was a very noticeable off-gassing smell.

i liked how the shoe looked. 6w did fit me, however, the sides of the shoe came up high and hit my ankles. this was painful so i had to return. zappos customer service is fabulous.

Shoe would have been comfortable on a normal foot. However I have an orthotic device for the left foot, so too tight what with bunion and hammertoe to add to the mix.
