Review for Zappos VIP Points(What's this?)

This shoe fits comfortably enough, however; it's a clumsy shoe and walking is strange. It seems to be too heavily weighted in the toe area and is inflexible. I would not recommendd this sneaker nor will I buy another pair. They are not worth the extra cost.

The shoe is quite pointy so it runs smaller than the actual size .

I was surprised about these shoes. I have seen many other SAS shoes that have a larger toe box. I wondered if they were mislabeled.

I bought these because they were on a very good sale and I need comfortable walking shoes.
These shoes hurt my feet. I expected a smooth, padded interior; instead I got a rough tongue-edge, and something that hurts the bone at the base of my big toe. I think it is the lacing ring pressing through the tongue. These shoes are too tight with my winter socks; in my summer socks the heels slide around.
The shoes seem sturdy -- if heavy -- but the soles are almost TOO slip-proof.
Thirty years ago I had a pair of Siestas that I loved and were very comfortable and did not slip at all. I walked all over London pavements in them, as well as on linoleum floors at work.
These shoes are nowhere near that same quality and fit.
If I could send them back I would.

The sporty black with pink in size 8 1/2 arrived very large- long in length compared to my other SAS sneakers. Because the shoes were on a promotion the company refuses to exchange them for a smaller size. Very disappointed and lost a customer!

This is the worst pair of shoes I have ever bought. Not up to the normal comfort and standards of SAS shoes. The sole is incredibly hard and the inside of the shoe is also hard. The toe box was narrow for a medium width shoe. I went for a walk in them and my feet hurt for two days. I can't wear them. I sent a note to SAS and all I was told was that not all their shoes are made on the same last so will feel different.

Poor fit. Not comfortable! Not as expected. I own multiple SAS shoes & love how they fit, but wouldn't consider this style again.

I purchased two pairs of these shoes and within a month the soles of both pairs detached at the toe. I contacted SAS and was told to take it to shoe repair store. No refund. This is unacceptable considering the cost of these shoes.

This shoe fits way too tight across the upper toes making it unwearable for me. I thought I would try to break it in, but no luck. I have bought many different styles of SAS shoes and this is the first one I have encounter a problem. Anyone want a size 8 black shoe that has been sitting in my closet for sometime. Cute style but it doesn't work for me.

I have purchased SAS shoes for decades and every pair of 6.5 N I purchased fit perfectly. Until this sneaker. It is way, way too tight across the toes. The tightness is above the laces so adjusting laces will not help. And it slips at the heal. Unfortunately, SAS will not let me return this pair of shoes because it was on sale. I am highly disappointed in the SAS company and they have permanently lost a customer. I suspect they knew these shoes did not meet their sizing standards and offered their mistake at a great discount with no return possible. So I have spent more than $60 on a pair of unwearable shoes.

I think a 1/2 size bigger would have been better. I ordered my usual size compared to Propet. I carefully measured my feet before I ordered. Even talked to someone from the company over the phone to make sure I ordered the right size. I would have returned them, but got them on a clearance sale from SAS so was not able to return.
I let my daughter have them. they fit her better, so hopefully she will get some use from them.
I am rating the transaction 0ne star because I can't return them and I was told they would be the right size. If I hadn't been told they would fit, I would not have left a one star rating. They do seem to be well made.
