As others have noted, the chocolate Nubuck is not the reddish color shown on the web page. It is more of a dark tan or walnut color. The shoe looks good and feels more supportive than the SAS Tour Mesh. The rocker bottom is comfortable for walking, even though the molded sole is a little stiff. The sole might also be a bit slippery on smooth flooring. I especially like the convenient speed lacing, but it does prevent varying the tension on different areas. For my narrow heel, it might also be helpful to have an optional lace slot closer to the ankle. Maybe a tongue pad would relieve the heel slipping and the uncomfortable pressure on the top of my foot when I'm sitting. When I was pregnant with my first child, 35 years ago, I had a pair of SAS shoes that I wore every day, and they were extremely comfortable, so I have a soft spot for SAS. My feet are much needier now, though. I haven't decided yet whether to keep these.

Been wearing them around the house, and will continue to do so for several hours to test them longer. So far, I like the fit. a tad bit loose around my heel, but with thicker socks it should be fine. I need extra wide shoes due to an issue with previously broken baby toes, and these do not feel tight. I have to stand and walk at my job, so it's important to be pain-free. I love the blue color. It's not bright blue, and not really a navy. Will look good with jeans. A plus, you get an extra pair of shoe laces! And these don't squeak when I walk!

I first ordered these in my usual AA width, but, true to some other reviewers, found that my heel slipped in the shoe. I was a bit reluctant to try the narrower width for fear that the toe area would feel too cramped. Needless fear—still plenty of room. There remains a bit if slippage, now more to the “side” of the heel, but I think it will be ok. If not, I will just use a little padding. As for style—well, not so bad in the dark blue. Even with my large feet, they don’t grab attention as old lady shoes. More important, my feet feel “secure” in these, and I hope they will give me many miles of comfort walking. My feet have all kinds of issues so finding a comfortable shoe that looks stylish is a challenge. I was happy to find these Walk Easy shoes. I wear custom orthotics and together with the sturdy support of these shoes, my feet feel great. I usually take a medium width, but I'm going to order the wide and see how it compares. The toe box is a tiny bit lower and the leather is sturdy so my toes need a bit more room. Overall, a great shoe!

These shoes are the most comfortable ones I own. I hate they cost so much or I would have a pair in every color. The first time I wear them they feel custom made for me. I bought my first pair a couple of years ago and they are still going strong after almost daily use. They might not LOOK awesome but they FEEL awesome to me!

Love the higher toe box and comfortable fit. However the rocker sole that puts the impact on the arch of the foot throws my balance off. For that reason it’s a no-go for me.

This shoe was a really good fit. I am taking it to Italy to do a lot of walking and have just worn it around the house to make sure it feels good - an it does! Not the prettiest shoe - but comfortable.
