I purchased a pair of SAS shoes for my mother's Christmas present. I can't rate the shoes, because FedEx never delivered them. I contacted SAS , and the customer service rep was rudely disrespectful. I asked to speak to a manager or her supervisor, and she refused. She refused to provide a refund or send another pair. I have never experienced such outlandish behavior from a higher-end company. Please avoid!
