These were really ugly but I would have kept them if they fit because I've been trying to find a comfortable pair of black shoes to wear walking in the city that don't have white soles (so I can wear into restaurants with black pants). The toe box was decently wide, but unfortunately, the heels gaped at the sides. Just too wide for my skinny, narrow heels. I know I'm not the only one who is searching for such a shoe, and I can't be the only woman with narrow heels who needs a wider toe box. Finding those 3 things has been impossible--I've been looking FOR YEARS!

I have small feet (size 5), and after having bunion surgery on both feet 15 years ago, it's very hard for me to find shoes that are comfortable and provide good support. SAS is a great brand for that. I can take the Tour shoes out of the box and wear them all day. In the summer, I like the Tour Mesh. In the winter I like the leather as they are warmer. And a review of Zappos in general: I love your company. Because I have hard-to-fit feet, I often have to order many pairs of shoes before I find a pair or two that fit. Your no-cost-to-return policy is a real bonus to me. I live in a rural area, and there aren't stores that I just run out to. Zappos is my go-to shoe store. I tell everyone who is having trouble finding shoes that they should go to Zappos.

These are well-built shoes that offer a lot of support. They fit well in the front, but the heel slips because of the shape of my foot. I'm returning them because they're too deep. They come up over part of my ankle bone and rub it. This is true even when I wear my custom insoles.

I have been wearing SAS shoes and sneakers for a long time. I wear an orthotics and this sneaker "the Tour) fits perfectly. Very comfortable, and light weight. I have them in both black and white. I highly recommend SAS sneakers as my go to wear sneakers. JS

These are my favorite shoes. I've had at least two pairs in black, but this is the first white pair. They fit perfectly and look terrific. The lacing system on SAS shoes make it a perfect fit for every foot. I will buy more!

This is my second pair. The first pair was purchased four years ago. The old ones will be used for gardening. I have several issues with my feet: bunion, breaks in both feet, a foreign object in another. My feet feel protected and stable in this shoe. The leather is substantial and wears into a friend. I usually wear an 8-5 or 9. I purchased an 8.5 wide and always wear socks. The style gets three stars because they are not Louboutin (I wear them in my dreams.). I purchased my first pair from an SAS store and this pair from ZAPPOS because the process is a delight from beginning to end. There is no better service anywhere. Customer representatives are excellent.

I take 11 1/2 Narrow, and this fits PERFECT! Plenty of toe room, and wonderful for walking. Purchased them in black & white colors. The black goes well with my jeans and dark color slacks. Outstanding quality and worth the price. I love, love, love these shoes.

Please offer these shoes in slim(AAA) in different colors and textures. Since we always pay full price for very narrow shoes, would appreciate more variety. Thanks!

I have this shoe in another color, but finding slender sizes is almost impossible! I feel fortunate to have discovered Zappos.

I love SAS shoes. I have a foot condition called Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction and the SAS shoes provide the support and comfort I need...much more than other shoes I've tried. I have them in white, red, and black patent, and I think they all look very nice.

I ordered these SAS Tours, because I had ordered this same style a couple years ago. The problem with those was that I had ordered them a half size too big. They are still in very good shape, but the new ones are the size I should have ordered (EEKS!) originally! A size 8 medium is the best size for me in almost every shoe, and these are no exception. It is too late to do anything about the first pair, but in the future, I will scrutinize the fit better, and exchange them when I should. That is a terrific feature of Zappos: return and exchange any questionable sizing !

I needed a shoe with very low or no arch support and sadly this shoe has more arch support then I need with my orthotics so I sent it back today It runs about a size larger then I wear in brooks so I did order down. It's beautifully made , soft leather. Not like this stiff new balance junk. Wish I could have kept it

Very narrow for a WWW width. I will not be purchasing this brand again. Returned.
