I have pirchased 2 pairs of these over about the last 8 years (+/-2) - anyway, the first pair, the ankle strap came undone -the elastic portion broke. I called SAS and they sent me the replacement straps (free if I recall). In the meantime, I purchased a new pair. I took the old ones to the shoe-guy and asked them to sew in the replacement elast strap/band. They did for about $6. I wear these most of the year (I live in Houston), - they are my most favorite shoes. They resist stinking also, which is a great thing. Not sure how they do that. The quality is evident, and when you pay good money for these, realize, you'll probably never need to buy another pair.

I have plantar fasciitis in one foot and these shoes are more comfortable than any other shoes that I have. They are highly recommended even though they are expensive.

Picked these up 3 days ago at our local SAS store (Arden, NC). I have worn them at least 10 hours a day for three days. No break-in period required. After the first hour, they felt like I had worn them for a long time. Amazingly comfortable! HIGHLY recommended!

I've had these for 6 years and probably have worn these everyday for 5 of them. Amazing comfort, about to purchase a new pair.

excellent quality and super comfortable cushioning. just wish this style came in velcro closings as buckles can be harder to adjust as feet may swell later in day

I love the look of this shoe. I been a fan of the timeouts since 1991. This show looks amazing I just wished the sole was a little lighter. The sole makes this shoe feel heavy if worn for a long period of time. I have the white and the blue and just love the look of this shoe. SAS is still the most comfortable walking shoe in the show business.

The shoe was well made but was not a good fit for me.

I am a woman with a wide foot, so I wear men's shoes. I just bought a pair of these at a local shop and took them for a 5-mile walk, on trails and pavement, hills and flat. These sandals are very well made of comfortable materials and are obviously designed with comfort in mind in every respect except for one big one: they are not flat. The noticeable downward slant from heel to toe is not comfortable to me, especially for walking. Maybe SAS would consider making this model in a flat version...? I would buy multiple pairs of that.

The size should be wider ww. the elastic needs to be made fortified.

These are by far some of the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn and I love the stretchy leather material, and actually really like the way they look too. The 3E fit is great for someone with extremely wide feet. Sadly, I have to give these a cautionary, alarm inducing rating of 2 stars. If you intend to use these shoes for city walking I would not advise it, the soles are too soft as well as being a little bit pitched, shorter in the front. The back of the heel is way to soft, feeling almost hollow as well as being very rounded, after seriously walking for a week in these I developed terrible sciatica pain which I am still recovering from. If SAS would only use this upper but give us a strong, chunky walking sole these could be perfect urban, commuting, working, everything shoes. For now they are mainly useful for checking the mail or moving the car. I really thought these were the ones! The search continues

I have a pair of the Journey sneakers that I use for work shoes. Super comfortable for all day. They don't sell the suprhon in the SAS store near me, but they look nice, so I ordered online. 1. The sole is very different on the Suprhon than the Journey. Suprhon feels much thinner, not nearly as much support. 2. The sizing is much different. My Journey 10.5 M has a lot of room in it, but the same size on the Suprhon has my toes touching the front of the shoe, which is very uncomfortable. They don't explain all this clearly on the website, so thought I would share.
