I loved these shoes after wearing them around the house. Super comfortable, and a great fit with elastic gussets on straps to accommodate ankle and foot width. However, I walked in them for a couple of hours on my large city streets, and the heel caps came off both shoes, the patent leather peeled back from the base of the heel like a peeled banana, and since the heel caps came off, the exposed metal spike of the heel is what I was left walking on to hobble home. So disappointing as they were a great style, and insole very cushioned. Zappos took them back without a problem, of course. Maybe I just got a defective pair? They seem well-made and designed otherwise.

These are beautiful shoes and I have had good luck with this brand. However, the top back of the heel, where it zips up, rubbed badly against back of my ankle. I am so bummed as the shoe itself looked perfect on my feet and fit perfectly. there was no good way to solve the problem. too bad. they are great shoes. just not good for my ankle in the back.

Upon my learning that heels over 3 inches do major spine damage, among other insults lol. Thus, I’ve decided to go low! I never knew that low heels could look so elegant & classy!! These shoes are all of it...the fit, the feel, the look and the smell ;) Superb in every way!!

These shoes fit well and the heel was reasonable. There's a zipper up the back of the shoe. It's a large, oversized zipper that makes a noticeable noise when you walk. Another pair I bought to try on beat these out partly because of the zipper noise!

I like this shoe. It is a kitten heel, although that’s not obvious when you’re wearing it, which I like. The back of the heel is high and rubs the back of my ankle where it zips up. But I was able to unzip it just a tad and that solved the problem. These have become my go to shoes. I’m a little concerned about the straps holding up, but time will tell.

The whole shoe feels cheap when you look at it in person and not well designed at all

These were reasonably pretty on but show a lot of toe cleavage. They also come up high in the back which was uncomfortable.

These shoe were so uncomfortable, I could barely walk 10 feet before I had to take them off. I loved the style, but the comfort was unacceptable.

A beautiful, quality shoe at a great price. They looked too narrow but were very comfy and fit fine. I wanted the black kid and had to get in a half size larger because my size was sold out but ill just slide some puffy insoles and thats it.

Very pretty shoes! They didn't quite fit my heels very well, but I wish they would have fit because they looked very nice!

It was a very comfortable first, due to my knee & back. Alot of compliments, glad I didn't se any replicas. Love that..Will order more, cause!! This is my daughter & I favorite shoe store.

Nice shoe. I ordered in the red color. It was more of a raspberry and very nice. Good heel height. I had to return though as the sole i found to be very narrow at the heel and felt my foot hanging over the side, which was uncomfortable.I think during wear it would cause irritation. I might just have wider/fatter feet. I wanted to love this shoe and keep it, but knowing they would probably not be worn a much as I liked, I returned them.

I got these for a special occasion and they looked fantastic! Really a great purchase and what a nice price!

These shoes are gorgeous and surprisingly comfortable. I have a VERY difficult time finding comfortable shoes - I rarely wear heals any more. Not sure how someone could have written a bad review about these shoes. They are unique, very flattering and comfy!

This is a very pretty shoe. However it runs long. My heels kept slipping. It 's also almost 3" heel height. I decided to not exchange for a smaller size because of the heel height. I try not to go over 2.5". Also.........whenever I exchange for a smaller or larger size it does not fit correctly. BUT I love Zappos.

I liked these shoes for a good go-to for work everyday but the buckle and the back of the shoe are too high and they rub at the ankle. Unfortunately, this beautiful shoe is going back.

I wish the red was darker!

Fit well. Straps a little loose but I tightened them. Comfortable to walk around the house, have not street-tested them yet.

The shoe is beautiful and very comfortable with the kitten heel, but do not like the zipper in the back. Returning the item.

These shoes have a great look, but the zipper on the back of the heel makes a clicking noise when I walked that was too hard to ignore.
