I was excited when I opened my box. The shoe has a really cushiony insole. However, due to the thickness of the insole, I could not pull the shoe over the back of my heel. It also was too short for a size 13M. my toes were bunched up at the top of the shoe.

Material and style are good. They look nice but did not feel good in my feet. Not good support for my arch that I really need. I did not like the part in the heel that is raise , look like a plantar lift, this part was uncomfortable. I have problems with my feets so this was not appropriate for me. However I am 100% satisfy with the customer service. Fast delivery and fast credit. I will recommend them and I will buy again.

I've worn Me Too before and they never disappoint! OMG these shoes are adorable! Beautiful sexy and very well made. The insole/arch support was above and beyond amazing. I could wear them all day long running marathon. I wish the length of the toe box were slightly more generous. My toes are right up against the front without much wiggle room. I am returning them to exchange for 1/2 size larger and hopefully they wouldn't be too large for my feet. Fingers crossed, toes too!

I buy MeToo flats all the time b/c they are so comfortable. And, I've bought this very shoe before but in a different color. Usually, I order either a size 6 1/2 or 7 depending on the style. This time the size 7 didn't fit; seemed like at least a 1/2 size to a full size too small. I tried to go up to a 7 1/2 and it too seemed sized wrong - still too small. Very disappointed!

As soon as I put them on I thought "bedroom slippers". Seriously though, I was reaching for my robe and hair curlers. Could be cute, but just too casual and sloppy looking.

Love my other Me Too shoes. Like this color, only thing I’m unhappy with is the ‘gold’ embellishments. In the picture it looked silver color which is what I wanted. Will be returning due to the gold embellishment.

Just didn't fit right. Color & style were good but it rubbed here and there and generally felt wrong. Returning.

So the Navy Kid Nappa isn't how it is pictured.. I thought I was getting a glossy dark open toed shoe with a bow as the picture shows. I have reached out to Zappos about this matter and explained it to at least three representatives over a week ago. To date the picture has not been adjusted and it is very frustrating to get something else. Instead when you order this you will get a shoe that looks like the other colors with the gold embellishments. Why they haven't changed the picture is beyond me. Me Too Shoes are awesome though.

originally i ordered this shoe in an 8 medium but my toes were cramped at the tip of the shoe so i reordered in 8 1/2 med and they feel much better. like wearing a pair of slippers.

The gold decoration is very shiny. I'm not one for that much "bling". Returned.

Really beautiful shoe but after ordering two different sizes, I give up! Way too large. At least for me I would have to order a whole size down. Heel was wide and felt like my foot would slide.

I ordered these in a 7.5 and an 8, the 7.5 was too small, and the 8 was way too big and wide.

The shoes stuck out funny at the heel. Almost like there was extra material back there but they seemed to fit fine despite that and my guess is due to the elasticity at the opening. I think that kept the shoe on. My issue that caused me to return them was the left foot had a square toe box and the right was rounded. I believe rounded is the correct shape. It looked like I had two different pairs of shoes on. The color and square toe box made them look like ballet pointe shoes.

My big toe looked like it was about to pop out of the shoe, and the insole of the shoe was already coming off, like it was only half stuck in there. I had to return.

These shoes are super cute. Terrible for walking. I wasn’t even walking fast and with no arch support my little toes basically walked out of the shoe. So uncomfortable. True to size otherwise. So if you are just sitting or walking around an office they are fine, otherwise find a better shoe.

I really liked the look of this shoe when I bought it but I'm really disappointed in the long-term life of this shoe. I bought it last year and would wear it occasionally but the rubber loses it's hold only after a few wears. The shoe width is large and now the shoe is quite big on me. For the price that I paid for this, I would have thought the flats would last me much longer. Unfortunately I will have to throw them out because I almost slipped a few times in the past few weeks while trying to wear these. The stick-on grips wouldn't work either because the sole is quite thick as it is and risky for a fall (I have a medical condition so was looking for comfortable flats to walk in). Sadly these were good for the first few times but not worth buying.

Soft cushy insole. Just not very cute on. The toe is too round and the metal decoration looks too big. Definitely not as cute as the picture.

Cons: I have narrow feet. These shoes were way too wide and would fall off every time I took a step. Unfortunately, I had to return them. Pros: The padding was nice - felt like I was walking on a cloud.

Way too big. Returning.

I am really sorry to say this, because I've never left a bad review on Zappo's before, but I just can't stand these shoes. They have stitching on the bottom in front of the shoe which hurts my toes, and my legs were aching just walking around the house in them. I hope i can return them :(
