I loved these shoes. They were comfortable after I was able to break them in after 2 classes. They are cuter than regular shimano shoes, which is a plus. However, the velcro underneath the third, thickest strap, is starting to tear off. It is now difficult to strap the shoes on without the velcro tearing more. I'm disappointed since these shoes are pricey and I've only had them for less than a month. I wish they were more durable.

I wanted to love these, but the velcro straps stop me. The straps are inflexible plastic making customizing the fit next to impossible. Also, the top strap is slightly molded so you can't change the position of it much; which, for me, means it digs into my ankle and is horribly uncomfortable.
The shoe bed is far more comfortable than my other indoor cycle shoes, but I'm returning these because of the straps. It's so strange that they wouldn't use a more flexible material. Something like suede would have been perfect.
In the end, the plastic straps are not only uncomfortable, but they make the shoes look cheap. Think Payless.

I thought these were the cycling shoes of my dreams. No longer do I have to carry shoes with me. Boy was I mistaken. These shoes cannot handle the streets of NYC. I felt the clips scratching on the ground however at the gym I was able to walk without feeling the clip. It is harder to clip into the bike since they are recessed but once clipped in, it was a smooth ride. Sucks that I still have to carry shoes to Spin classes.

These are, so far, the best fitting cycling shoe I've found for my foot, however, I never even got them to the bike to try them out. The velcro piece on one shoe will not stay under any circumstances. It pops off with the slightest movement of the foot. I'm hoping it's a fluke and I'll exchange them for a new pair and try again, but I'm not very optimistic at this point.

As an instructor, I really wanted to like these. The idea of a spin shoe that looks more like a regular sneaker is awesome. And while these look alright, they just don't perform well at all.
I get off the bike to teach portions of my class, and the cleat would still hit the ground. Isn't the point that it won't do that?
More importantly, while riding, the shoes just don't fit right. The way the straps fasten cause the tongue to dig into the top of my foot. It's super painful! Maybe they run smaller than I realized, but I don't think resizing would fix the issue. Guess I'm going back to my old cycling shoes...
Disappointed I,

I was so excited when I ordered these shoes. I've been spinning for a while and finally bought shoes. They are so cute and seemed like they would be great. TOTAL DISSAPOINTMENT! honestly my foot has never felt numb like it did with these. I had to leave class early. Wore them around the house for a bit to try to break them in. Unfortunately it happened again. Not wasting my time returning these asap.

I was really excited about these cycling shoes. They look cool and they're not typical cycling shoes. The problems begin with the cheap plastic Velcro straps. They're super stiff and don't really do the job of keeping the shoes secure. The top and bottom strap may as well not be there. The tongue is a ridiculous piece of plastic that is not attached to anything. If you're trying to put your shoes on before class, make sure you have 2 hands free because one definitely has to hold that tongue. The grooves for the clips are also not in the right place on my right shoe. I carry a hex wrench at all times so I can make adjustments. I'm so disappointed in these shoes. At this price point I would expect much better quality. I've been cycling for 18 years both outside and in the studio and I'm also a Spinning Instructor. Buy your cycling shoes from a company that makes cycling shoes. Don't buy these. They may be ok after the first few iterations, but not now.
