Great looking shoe and the shoe fits true to my wife's size. Reeboks naturally run a little wider and this is perfect for her and my feet.

These are my favorite Crossfit shoes great for running and rope climbs even with doing weights in the wod. I feel that I run better and I can grip the rope with my feet better

Theses shoes are very comfortable. They're my second pair.

This shoe is great for cross training! As a crossfitter, metcons weren't cutting it when the workout included a run (too clunky and stiff). These are stable enough to do lifts but have the flexibility needed for cardio components of the workout.

Half sizes aren't always the perfect fit but these are spot on!

Love these shoes! Enough space for my feet and toes to spread out while lifting, they feel secure and comfy during different kinds of workouts (cardio, box jumps, back squats, lunges, running). My feet are happy.

Let me start with, I love these shoes. I've got them in at least 5 color ways and I always check back to see what new ones they are because they shoes are perfect - for my foot! In reading other people's reviews, I wanted to give the best break down of this shoe that I can. It does run wide, meaning to give your foot the best spread during weightlifting, hence why most crossfit shoes have a wide toe box. If you have a narrow foot, you should probably move on. These shoes are also fairly flat, again, for the benefit of weightlifting. Do not expect to get much, if any, cushion or arch support in these shoes. If that's something you like, you should look at a different shoe. I personally have flat feet and shoe that is nice and flat lets my foot operate in a natural way for it's structure. Addressing some other reviews I saw, there isn't any ankle support. These shoes have a nice wide cut around the ankle to provide a lot of mobility, if you're looking for ankle support, these aren't your shoes. The traction on the bottom of these shoes is more aggressive, like a TR than the nano, which I've found to make them versatile for outside work outs as well as in the gym. I also love the upper material on these shoes. It's designed spaciously around the toe box, so your feet don't get confined. It's hard to explain, but the material isn't stretchy like a flex weave, but it has really good give. I've found it to be a perfect balance between allowing my foot some freedom without the "slipping" around you can get with shoes made of stretchy material. Lastly, I can attest to the durability of these shoes. The pair I had living in my gym back for 2 years got some solid wear and tear. I then took them on a spartan race through mud and hills. I have since hosed them off and put them back into normal gym use. There aren't even any tears in the upper, which is very impressive for how long I've been wearing this particular pair.
