Too large a man size for a woman. Really disappointed. I wore them so can’t return. Waste of money. Too expensive too.

I bought a size smaller than usual and although the length was fine, it was very wide and very loose. I thought I could live with it - but I wore it once and it was a battle to keep it on my foot. I only need flipflops to run out the front door and move the hose when I am watering. Once this sandal gets wet it becomes dangerous! It becomes pretty much impossible to keep this sandal on, even for the short walks to move the hose around the yard.

The Oofos sandals I purchased were a big mistake. I found that they stuck to the bottom of my feet to the point of being uncomfortable. I have a similar pair, different brand, that I do not experience this. I contacted Oofos and was VERY frustrated with their “customer service” experience. I explained my problem and also said upfront that I realized I was a number of months past the 30 day return. I was writing to see if they could suggest solutions, offer ideas/alternatives, etc. The response I received was a perfunctory, “sorry, but you are past the 30 day return policy.” Nothing else; no ideas for fixing, no “this has never happened before,” Nothing but telling me something I acknowledged upfront in my initial outreach. Very disappointing. In fairness, I had heard from a couple of friends Oofos were comfortable. They were not, and are not for me. I just wish a little more effort would have been put into a response.

PROBLEMS WITH SIZING! As others have noted here, there are serious quality control problems when it comes to Oofos sizing. I’ve had three of this style in the past with perfect sizing, but recently ordered the same style three times in an attempt to get the right size and each pair was incorrectly sized. I don’t know why Zappos doesn’t try to manage this. These are going back once again as they’re far smaller than they are sized and I’m moving on from Oofos.

We have a short summer in CT to be able wear sandals. So after three years to have these sandals break is ridiculous. Keep in mind, they are not worn every day - perhaps at the most three times a week for three months. I was so annoyed and have changed my brand of comfortable sandals - there are so many on the market.

I have a few pair of these and was wanting white. I hate they did not make true white, just dove grey and ice which looks like mint toothpaste. White is white. Don't fool with it. 10 thumbs down!

too cushy. also after any type of exercise you're feet can easily slip -- at best, the sandal rips and you've wasted your money; at worst, your ankle twists and sprains, breaks or fractures. Just buy flipflops.

The shoe had a larger than normal arch support and I felt like I would break my ankle with a wrong step. I have had a pair of these in the past and did not feel off balance.

I have the same oofos oolala sandal from last year. They are marked size 8, still visible. As soon as I saw the new ones, i didnt even have to try them on to see how much bigger they were. At least 1 and half sizes too big. I will take a photo with the two shoes together.

Online ordered shoe thinking I was getting a women’s size 11. Received the shoe and it was a unisex sized shoe - way too wide. Out you go!

I am beyond disappointed!! I ordered these pricey flip flops and what was delivered is not even the same brand let alone the same shoe. Doesn't even look like the same flip flop! This was my first time ordering from Zappos and I am absolutely not happy about this.

Shoes claim to be both size 8. Clearly we’re not. Returned. One had more cushion and one was flatter smaller and had a silver line from sharpie on the bottom of shoe. Oofos are my favorite but not when they aren’t the true to size. Might be knock offs. Not happy.

Wear a size 7, ordered a 7 it is huge. Too long, and way too wide.

These shoes arrived used. Scuff marks, cracks and white pet hair were easily seen when I took the shoes out of the package.

I own 3 pairs of this flip flops in a size 9 and they fit well. This pair is labeled 9 but it is 2 inches shorter than the ones I have and therefor too small. They are clearly stamped with the wrong size

I am not happy with these. I have worn them a short period of time and the black Oofos have stretched out. I would like to have them replaced.

The fit was good and comfortable. The left one is black patent and the right is a dull black so I am returning. It seems like a lot of money for a defected pair of flip flops

I had high hopes for this shoe bc of all the hype, but I returned. It felt like walking on a very high arch support. Never tried a shoe that felt like that. I could hardly take a step.??

I I bought these to wear for walking around because I have arthritis in my knees. Unfortunately after I had worn them for about an hour my knees and my ankle hurt so bad I had to take them off. They are not stable, they caused my foot to roll and felt like they were rounded on the bottom. I was very disappointed.

I live in Hawaii and only wear Oofos . I bought these bright orange ones because of the color. They stretched and then the piece between the toe ripped. Oofos sandals last me at least 4 years. Zappos will not refund my purchase because I’m out of the 365 day return policy. I also believe Zappos is selling seconds. If I bought from oofos.com there would be no problem and I would get a refund. $55 a lot of money for one pair sandals.

I am reviewing, not only the flip flop I purchased, but also the integrity of this company. Less than 1 month after purchasing this shoe, I was standing talking to someone. As I started to walk, I fell forward. My husband caught me. The front of the flip flop had folded under the sole. The toe separator tore away from the sole itself, even though it was molded together. I inspected the other shoe and there were stress cracks on the toe separator, so it was probably a matter of days before this one ripped also. This is after only less than a month. The fall caused me to hurt my shoulder. I was concerned not only about my shoulder, but mostly about other people getting hurt. I contacted Linda Jaros with Oofos. She is quite the sales person! She immediately wanted to send me more shoes to try. I said “no thanks”, I had lost confidence in the Oofos brand. She went on to tell me how a customer “broke” their ankle with the shoe, but still refuses to give up her Oofos. That’s how much she loved them!!!. Ms. Jaros decided there was nothing she could do to make me happy, so she said she would have the President of the company call me. His name is Steve. After talking with him, he also tried to send me shoes for not only me, but my husband. I again told him I was no longer confident in the brand. He insisted and said he would send clogs. I asked him what I should do about my injured shoulder. At that point, I had no doctor’s bills, but my dr. advised me to get an Xray after a week if icing didn’t help. I asked if he was going to pay for the Xray. He said his company is not responsible for the flip flops. He said, because the shoe is opened, it is not a safe shoe so they cannot take responsibility. I asked if he was going to let his customers know that the shoe is dangerous? Again, because it is an open shoe, he is not responsible. Interesting facts told to me by Linda Jaros/Steve The Oofos shoe collection is only supposed to last up to 8 months. (Mine lasted less than a month before it broke) You are not supposed to walk on grass or any softer surface with these shoes. (Hmmm, can’t wear the flipflops on the beach) You should not get these wet while walking because they are a slip hazard. They are aware that others have been hurt while wearing their shoe. There are a lot of great shoes brands out there. Do you really need to purchase from Oofos? Sure, they might help plantar fasciitis, but they can also cause you to break your ankle, or worse.
