I put them on and the first thing I noticed was the straps were very tight, This caused heat to build up and if you wore these all day, they caused blusters! The second thing I noticed was yes the top of the shoe was wide, however the bottom was somewhat narrow and it causes you to be careful when first getting on your feet. Last; they never did loosen up. Guess I will go back to flip-flops!

Id love to give a good review, but how can I? The first pair I ordered were so large that I could have used them for snowshoes. I returned them and requested a smaller size. It was an easy return and I received a positive reply saying my sandals were being shipped. That was two weeks ago and I still have no sandals. Ive sent two emails wondering where the sandals are. Ive heard crickets chirping instead of positive replies. My wife says my feet will love themif only they would come.

They fit size wise but they were too narrow for a man. Unisex shoes don't work. Women's feet are usually narrower than men's shoes. Wish they only had men's or women's not unisex.

There are people out here who have narrow feet and it sure would be nice if shoe makers would consider accommodating us by manufacturing a sandal and closed shoe to fit us A widths as appropriately as they fit wider foot.

I wasn't sure if these would live up to the hype, but I've now had three surgeries to my right leg and multiple plates/rods/screws from hip to ankle, the most recent five months ago. I've had more issues with pain overall this time and have been working in PT on my gait and posture. I put these on with lightweight socks as soon as I opened the box and walked around on the hardwood floors a bit. At first I felt off-balance due to the 'rocker' style of the sole and had to shift around a bit to get the arch support in just the right place. I usually wear 8.5 but got these in 8 and the length is perfect, just a smidge wide. Days Two through Four I had (mostly) muscle pain as I was adjusting to both the fit, cushioning, and being able to put my heels down and push through each step more normally, and they have been especially good for standing in the kitchen for any length of time. I've been wearing them all day in the house for a week now, they feel secure and comfortable, I have less pain overall, some improvement in posture, and am becoming able to walk with less support (cane). The look is OK for an orthopedic sandal although I really like the blush color which makes up for the style a bit. Also, as other reviewers mention your feet can stick to the material, and every now and then your bare foot may unstick a bit and make a rather rude noise when it reconnects. I've been wearing Birkenstocks out and about for the support and negative heel but am considering getting another pair of Oofos in the thong style if I'm going to be walking or standing on hard surfaces for extended periods while I am still recovering.

Great as recovery shoes (my foot pain went away after wearing these so that's what the 3 stars are for. 1 star docked due to the stretching that happened early on around the toes so they slid around too much. These ended up just being house slippers because of this. Other star docked due to horrible staining when any source of moisture (like stepping on water drops) came into contact with the bottom. I can't wear these when cleaning or stepping into a wet bathroom (and of course outdoors is no-no due to hazardous slipping) so that really limits the usability.

Love these slides! I have lots of shoes, sandals, and other footwear in my closet from years of searching for the perfect supportive, work-from-home item. Nothing matches these. I run almost every morning, and these are like a breath of fresh air after getting ready for the day. I need some arch support, and these have it. I have had soft foam sandals and hard foam sandals with high arches. Nothing matches the perfection the Oofos offer in between. At 6'1 and over 200 pounds, memory foam sinks too much, but stiff slides like Adidas Adilettes are too hard and unforgiving (something I never thought until wearing Oofos). Keep in mind these will soften and form a bit over the first few wears, likely becoming more comfortable as they break in, especially if you think the arch is too high or the foam a little "stiff." Oofos fits true to size for me. Size 12 in tennis shoes is a 12 in the slides and Oofos shoes that I eventually bought as well. They may look a little big when you try them on, but I think recovery footwear is designed that way intentionally, so your foot can spread out and relax properly. Unlike the Hoka recovery slides, these stay on really well despite that spacing. I have tried several brands of recovery slides and clogs, and Oofos were my favorite. They truly are wonderful.

I do like these shoes. It took a minute to get used to them but now I really like them. I have wide feet so I had to stretch them a bit for my feet but it worked.

Perfect except you need socks if you wear ALL day ALL summer like I do because they are hot otherwise. My only complaint is they are not for wide feet. I have 2 sizes up to get them to fit... this was before they sold an adjustable strap version; under stress the strap will stretch a bit... I wore these out and it took maybe 4 years to wear the bottom down so it was odd to walk on. I HEAVILY used them for everything even stuff you shouldn't. If barefoot and you get wet they slide around on your foot too much. The strap version is 4.5 star but still gets hot and slippery when wet. I used to buy Amazon. don't. it's better to buy directly from here! (cheaper in the end too!)

Struggled with heel pain and had to wear a boot for a month, these are the only shoes I can tolerate when I take the boot off. Bought another pair for transitioning back to regular shoes again.
