At first, these sandals felt amazing, especially as I’ve been dealing with plantar fasciitis. However, within a couple of hours, I was having all kinds of new pain in my feet and legs, which I can only attribute to these sandals. I think, for me, they are too cushy and soft. Had to return them.

I've been having some foot problems and need more cushioning. These are very cushiony, but the arch combined with the rocker bottom felt too aggressive for my foot. I love the arch support of Birkenstocks, but I need more cushioning than they offer. I walk 3-7 miles/day.

I had ordered a pair of these for my husband. My son liked them so much that I opted to order a pair for him in a slightly smaller size. Unfortunately, they were extremely wide.

Sandal was a good fit and nicely styled. However, the material was not comfortable on my foot in a short while because it sticks to the foot.

They felt really great and such a relief for my feet with plantar fasciitis and metatarsal pain. I got them while on a tour and they provided so much comfort for the feet from the daily walking. Almost the only sandals I could wear without pain at that time. However, as pointed out by my podiatrist, they’re not good for stability as they’re too squishy. This affects the biomechanics of the body. True enough, I do notices aches and pain if I wear them for a prolonged period. Now, they’re not only used for holidays, after long hours of walking, for that brief period of time in the hotel and travel accommodation. If only they come with squishy footbed, but solid, stable outsoles, that’d be perfect!

I'd love this slide, but realize unisex sizes don't work for me. Too wide. Too bad.

The length of this shoe was good and it felt like it would be a nice comfortable slide, but the band across the top was too tight. I ordered the next size up and the shoe was just too long.

The material was vey comfortable however it smelled too strong of synthetic material.

I bought these to help with plantar fasciitis to wear around the house. I were them for a few hours one evening and my feet hurt worse after wearing them so I returned them. It looks like it is all trial and error with plantar fasciitis and takes some to figure out what works for each person. They may work for other people.

This slide runs much larger than the clog in the same size. It was too large to get a sense for how it would be to wear so I rated it 3 stars-average.

I love Oofos...and I own a pair of thongs. I bought these and def do not like them as much as the thongs. I have bunions so I wanted slides to hide this area; however, these shoes are "clunkier" than other oofos. They are bit too wide. Yes, they have great support. I'm going to keep them and hope I can adjust to the clunky feel of them.

I wanted to love these shoes. My friend got a pair and is crazy for them. There are so many good reviews. Right out of the box I thought they would be very comfortable. But, the more I wear them, the more my back complains. The whole lumbar area of my back hurts after wearing them for a couple of hours. I thought I'd get used to them, maybe adjust my posture, but it doesn't look like that is happening. Unfortunately I wore them outside and around so I don't think I can return them. I am very disappointed as I was looking for a "go to" summer casual and comfortable shoe for around the house and the garden, and also one I could wear to the store. Too bad! I did talk to a salesman at the shoe store (but I did buy them from Zappos) and he has a pair he loves. He did tell me that some people can't adjust to them.

The comfort of these slides was awesome and I really wanted to keep them but I had to send them back. The problem was that the right shoe was wider than the left one, which fit perfectly, and my foot slid to the front of the shoe. I also ordered the OOfos original sandal in slate, which I kept because they are so comfortable and fit well.

Loved them but too tight across instep. [great cushion!]

I have plantar fasciitis in one foot, bone spurs and arthritis in both feet and a very painful ankle due to arthritis. My orthopedic Doctor recommended this brand of shoes . I ordered the slide sandal to have something to wear when a sandal was appropriate. It gives relief from the pain but would not work if you planned a lot of walking. My Doctor also instructed me not to walk barefoot so I always have this sandal available. My daughter gave me a pair of the Oofus low shoe ( not carried at this site) and they are miraculous. I was able to walk several hours with almost total pain relief from that style. I normally wear a 101/2 double wide so I ordered the slide in a size 11. My daughter got me a size 12 in the low shoe and it has room to fit over a soft brace I wear on one ankle. This low shoe style stretches so it can accommodate different widths. I also plan on purchasing a pair of Oofus flip flop style sandal. Ordering from Zappo's was a pleasure with excellent service and speedy delivery.

Very narrow. I usually wear a 7-7.5 in flip flops, but I could barely get these on. They seemed small in length, too, but it was hard to tell because they were so tight in the width - I had to check to see if it was non-U.S. sizing (it's not). Sole is spongy.

This is my second pair of these sandals. I wear them in the house as slippers and to the pool because of the arch support which helps with pronation inward. BUT this second pair, even though it is the same size as the past pair is a half inch longer when you place the two pairs side by side. Not as good a fit either. That is the problem with Made in China product. Wish I could find a better quality version of this.

These shoes are cushiony which at first felt wonderful. However, they did not work for me because the cushion meant that they were not stable. Easy to tweak ankles and knees if you have issues. Also, I have high arches and they felt like too much pressure in the arch area so I would say too much arch pressure.

I have neuropathy in my feet, so I was looking for supportive sandals. Usually I wear Crocs and these sandals reminded me why that is. I was surprised by how hot they made my feet feel and the arch support is so extreme that it was uncomfortable. They will be going back because they did not work for my feet. They did run true to size and stayed on well.

These have a totally comfortable footbed but they need an adjustable strap. My foot was lost in these, and there was no way to cinch them tighter. I do have a shallow foot but these were really loose, no way to keep them on.

Felt way narrower than marked. Couldn’t even fully fit my feet. I had to squeeze my fit it and my feet was not able to breathe.

I know that this sandal works really well for some people. It did not work for me. The bottom of the shoe is not flat. It bulges in the middle. I have had reconstructive ankle surgery and this shoe caused pain for me just walking a short distance. I liked the material since it is nice and squishy, but the design just didn’t work for me.

I could not even get my foot into the sandal. My husband remarked that they looked like a child's size!

The fit is unusual. It feels like the middle of the sandal is very high so that I can't get both my heel and ball of the foot to touch the shoe at the same time. There is the sensation of teetering. It is not just the arch that is high; it is across the full width of the shoe. For what it's matters, I have high arches. The shoe feels unstable and every so many steps I get some knee pain. One good thing is that it somehow has a good effect on my posture. I'll be returning them because I'm concerned they may do some harm to my knees.
