Husband loves these shoes! His first pair lasted a year and he wore them everywhere. I was disappointed this year when I ordered a new pair for his birthday as there were only 3 color choices available, compared to 15-20 last year. Great shoe. Thank you Zappos!

These shoes are a godsend to people with plantar fasc., or other aches and pains. They were recommended. by my podiatrist and they work!

Overall comfort is great, but since I suffer from plantar fasciitis, I found them a little too soft/spongy when worn long term.

These are not the best looking footwear (!) but they sure are comfortable. I wear them exclusively in my apartment and have gone through several pairs wearing them outdoors as well. Love them!!!

These fit true to size and have great arch support. Most comfortable sandals ever. Like walking on pillows. Highly recommend

Just very slightly smaller than I expected but still fit. They are pretty wide for a normal (medium) width but since I normally wear wide widths, they feel a little tight. However, they are so unbelievably comfortable. They feel like I am walking on air. Lots of support for my feet and most importantly, even when my feet are aching from plantar fasciitis, wearing these shoes I can barely feel the pain.

For my wide foot the original Oofos sandal was perfect. I wear a 39R in Birkenstocks and went with the 8 in the Oofos. Just perfect.

Loved the sandal, loved the fact that they actually fit my wide feet, despite listed as medium, but hate the color (slate). Waiting for them to come in in Black. But...in the interim, buying a pair for my husband!

These are very comfy. I ordered a 9. I am usually a 8.5 or 9 in most shoes but could have probably used an 8 in these. They are plenty wide. The heel is very cushiony and the arch support is great. Wearing these feels a little like walking in sand because they gently cause your heel to rock back. I would recommend these!

SO happy I found these! I have terrible plantar fasciitis and heels spurs in both feet and nothing felt comfortable to walk on around the house. I read other reviews that said this brand was great for my condition so I gave it a shot and I'm so happy I did. I wear them everyday and they give my feet much needed relief! My podiatrist said they were great too! If you have any foot pain these will not disappoint!

Excellent shoes for my plantar fasciitis! I need something with good arch support but that was still "squishy" in the heel. This are perfect. I don't know that I'd wear them for lots of walking all day but they're perfect for slipping on when I get out of bed, wearing around the house and quick errands.

I absolutely love these sandals!! I have had them for the entire summer thus far and can tell you that they are as comfortable as the first day I bought them, if not more. I was recently on vaca in Charleston sc and had a day to myself to shop...well 9 hours later my feet still felt amazing, which is amazing since I suffer with bouts of plantar fasciitis!!! ????????????

These are, without a doubt, one of the most comfortable sandals I've ever worn. Moreover, they made my arthritic knees feel so good that I didn't even have to wrap them. Even my back felt better. It was miraculous. I can't normally wear thongs/flip-flops because the toe post bothers me, but I didn't even notice it with these. And when they got dirty or sort of slimy (rubber doesn't breathe), I could just wash them and air dry. Sadly, they did not work out for my feet, but I will mourn them greatly because now that I'm not wearing them, my knees are back to hurting and I miss the supportive springiness of the foam in these shoes. (I have very difficult feet--on top of plantar fasciitis and feet that swell, I have a very screwed up right ankle. I can tell shoes are bad quickly for the first two, but the ankle reacts over time, so if I find a shoe I think might work, I have to wear it for a while to see if the ankle is going to be okay.) If you are in doubt: try these.

For a long time I was wearing another popular brand of sandal but it was creating skin, nail, and bone issues. After wearing OOFOS for a while, my toenails cleared, dead skin gone, and my feet don't hurt anymore. (I have flat feet, btw) I first tried their slide because I never liked thong sandals. But I had to go one size up since I have wide feet, they were too big. When I switched to the thong sandals with my regular size, they fit just right and the thongs are comfortable unlike the ones I've wore before. I also got my aunt a pair, she is a long-time sufferer of Plantar fasciitis. She loves the OOFOS so much, she wears them at home and when she go on walks. NOTE: According to OOFOS, fit your arch to the sandal first when you wear them.

These shoes are amazing for people with plantar fasciitis like myself, and posture issues like my husband. We both wear them all the time living in a tropical area. For myself, walking indoors or mostly on sidewalks outside the bottoms do fine. For my husband, who does a lot of walking on rough surfaces, the bottoms wear down much faster, but he still likes them for the comfort.

Even though I gave the categories 5 stars each, I am returning the sandals for two reasons: (1) The arch support doesn't fall right on my foot and the sandals gave me a back ache by making me more sway back. (2) These shoes are stinky!! They smell like three tire stores in one! Maybe the smell would dissipate in time; i don't know. Am surprised I didn't see any other comments about this problem.

After reading the other reviews, I decided to buy a pair of these flip flops, in order to have more cushion, especially walking many miles over the Summer (town, beach and pool!. These are so comfortable and feel "spongy" when walking, I bought a pair for my wife, who's had issues (plantar facitis) among others and she really likes them! If you're looking for some extra comfort in a flip flop; buy a pair of these!

DO NOT MACHINE WASH OR YOUR SANDALS WILL BE DESTROYED ! They should say that on the tag, but instead it said "WARNING: Cold wash only. DO NOT put in dryer. DO NOT expose to high temperatures." Well, I washed them in cold water, in a front-loader machine with NO AGITATOR, but it killed them anyway. Tore the side strap and something made big gouges in the sole. So Sad. But the fit makes it worth treating them very carefully ! These are the only sandals I can wear, as they have a good arch support and great cushioning......most sandals have little to none. Love the variety of colors. Oh yes - people have said that they run a bit big, and I would agree: I usually wear a size 11, and in these a size 10 fit fine (M 8/W 10).

I would call these sandals a major improvement to my quality of life! I have flat feet and deal with a lot of foot pain when not wearing the proper shoes. I am active and fit but cannot even stand barefoot on my linoleum floor for more than 5 minutes without pain in my feet. OOFOS completely solve that problem. They have excellent arch support, soft cushioning, and I wear them all.the.time. This is my 3rd pair. Thank you, Oofos!

Fit and size are great. The material is a little uncomfortable on the top of my foot when it's warm - it almost sticks to the skin. These have excellent arch support, almost too much for me. Overall though, they are good shoes and I am keeping them.

I purchased two pair of oophos sandals and love the support and comfort. I have gone on very long walks in these and my feet feel supported and do not hurt. I have a neuroma and all of my running shoes hurt after a while of walking or running. When wet, very slippery! Both sandals broke within a week of each other... when wet... my foot slid and the toe separator ripped. I thought maybe there was a warranty but I guess not when you've owned them awhile.

Out of the box and first impression when wearing like walking on air. Then with in 3 days of wearing, knee pain. By end of second week realizing the pain was from the shoes. I had surgery on both knees years ago and no issues with shoes in general. These Sandals had me on crutches for 3 days where my knees were tweaked from wearing them. Warning! Do not wear in the shower, you will be launched out of the sides when soap rinse reaches the sandals and you could break your ankles.

I ordered 2 pair, 1 pair is made in Korea the other in Vietnam. For me I like the pair made in Korea it’s true to size. The pair made in Vietnam is slightly longer and wider. This is my 6th pair of these, I wish when ordering it would say where there made.

Very spongy and soft However not recommended for pool time... VERY SLIPPERY and you may get hurt sliding...
