I purchased these sandals due to the high stars and wanted comfort and arch support. Perhaps you need to get used to the design, but I did not like the structure of this sandal. There is no traditional arch support. The middle of the sandal has a "hill" that goes all the way across. It is not arch support. It is a large bump under your foot. This causes your foot to slope back sometimes and I was concerned I would fall. The footbed is higher than I wanted. So I returned them.

I have a lot of foot pain. When I first got these-I thought they would be great but they ended up hurting my feet which also lead to knee pain. I am returning them.

As the seam along the plastic in between the big toe and the second toe on the right sandal are causing irritation with each step, I am sadly returning them and will no longer buy Oofos sandals that I have ordered at least a half dozen times in the past 5-yrs. My older pair do not have the seam.

No comfort, the size difference makes the sandal seem smaller. The quality is very poor I slipped and the strap broke as well as the back, has to throw it away. Not worth what I payed for these sandals

These black ones are defective. They have a strange bend on the Top part which make it uncomfortable as well as forcing my foot to one side. There are small slits on the top that usually show age on the sandal. The problem is only on on the left one. They actually seem miss matched. I ordered two, one black and one gray. The gray pair is perfect. They were delivered from 2 different addresses and came from Amazon. Very strange. Returning the black ones.

These hurt between my toes. I had to return them.

you sent the wrong size!

I thought these would be great because they are so squishy but they gave me blisters all over my feet.

I was sent the wrong size!!! So how can I review? I can say someone was not paying attention.

YOU SENT THE WRONG SIZE!!!!!! I had to return them. I didn't reorder because I don't trust your process. Disgruntled

This is not a review of OOFOS sandals. It's review for Zappos The first time the product was delivered on time and correct size. The size was a little too big so we exchanged for one size small. This is when the problem started. Instead of sending Women size 7 and Neptune Blue color, we received Men size 8 Navy Blue color. Asked for the second exchange and again Zappos delivered the wrong size and color.

I believe I received a defective product. I have another W8/M6 shoe from Oofos, but that was true to size. Meanwhile, this one I ordered was marked as "W8/M6" on the shoe too, but it actually fit like a "W6/M4." Again, I think the product was wrongly labeled because I've had other Oofoos shoes that fit well. A bit of an unfortunate situation.

I ordered a women’s size 7 in Neptune blue and received a women’s size 10 in navy blue. I received the order in one day but I’d really rather wait to get th right item. Now I get to spend my time returning an item I didn’t order.

I have always bought oofos in a women’s 7 even though I generally wear an 8-81/2. This pair was much smaller than every other pair that I have. I generally love oofos, but this pair is too small.

When compared to other OOFOS which I own, this particular flip flop is both too long as well as wide. Definitely, marked incorrectly so are being returned.

The OOFOS were supposed to be a size 5 but this pair was definitely not. Thank you Zappos for your help to return them.

Bought to replace a pair that the dog got. Not the same smaller than original sandals.

These shoes are awesome, but for the "womens" size, anything past an 11 is not really 'womens' - it's meant to fit a mens foot. I wish OOFOS would have labeled it that way. If there's a woman's foot, size 12, that's wide enough to fit in that shoe, I've never seen it.

Really disappointed that the style, color & size, meaning EVERYTHING about the order was incorrect. It’s the first time Zappos got everything wrong. If the size had been correct, I would have kept them since the color & style didn’t matter that much, but the size sent was 2 sizes too small. I even went back to my order to verify what I ordered & sure enough, they got EVERYTHING wrong. Returned them & did NOT reorder since I was trying to get them before leaving on a trip. I’ll just find them in a brick & mortar store when I have time.

Not sure how this sandal is because each of the 3 times I ordered it they sent the same wrong shoe. The last time I called customer service to explain the problem and they reordered for me, but once again they shipped the wrong shoe. Get it together Zappos!

The sole was dirty and the treads were worn.

I bought these as an exact duplicate of a pair I purchased at DSW two weeks ago. They are both labeled M6/W8, but this new pair is almost a full inch shorter in length, and therefore way too small. I don't understand how there can be this much of a lack of consistency.

I received a catalog for this brand and thought it would be easier to try them thru Zappos, if they carried them. Which they do. Sorry to say, they did not live up to the great reviews, at least for me. After taking a 30-minute walk in them, a few places on both of my feet were aching and it still hasn't completely gone away. Part of it might be the sheer plasticky-ness of all the materials including the tops, which just stick to your skin. I was really hopeful, but these are not for me.

Oofos! Oofos! Oofos! What have you done? I've worn these flip-flop sandals for years & years, and now sizing is totally inconsistent. All my old ones are size 9 and the width and length are great. Ordered new ones in slate-not only is the 9 too wide, it is also too long. Ordered a size 8, and while the width is great, they are too short. I have white 9's that have to be at least a standard size 10; should have returned!! There is an inch difference in length between the size 8 & 9 shoes. So disappointed.
