The sizing is not gender specific. My foot is long, but not as wide as a mans foot. They are comfortable.

I lost all padding on the ball of my foot. It felt like rocks were glued to my feet. Thankfully I found these shoes which makes walking a lot less painful. Thanks Oofos! . They even work better than the insoles from the podiatrist.

I absolutely love my Oofos! I wear then with dresses, to work, for causal wear, and even to church. I was a Birkenstock girl but now only wear Oofos. I have a small foot and the Size 5 fits perfectly. They are well made and look nice with anything. I love them!
