The cushion and the arch support are amazing but the sizing is hard to figure out.

First - I never had any foot pain issues as a reason for getting these Ooriginal flip flops. I am home a lot and walking bare feet all day gives me calluses so I wear flip flops and I just wanted to replace my cheap flip flops with something better/substantial. I am trying to give them an adjustment period but I dont know if I can wear them much longer. They make my feet ache! Are they soft yet sturdy? Yes. But the material (foamy plastic) is squeaky when walking on hard floors (an annoyance) and the worst is that it sticks to my feet and hurts the skin at the top from the friction (I think) and Im afraid I might get a blister there. So I wear socks with them and thats not comfortable either. Initially the support under the arch feels nice, but when I step out of them and when bare feet, my feet ache again (never had foot pain issues) and when I put them back on, the arch of my foot hurts again until I get used to it again. I feel like it was a very expensive set of flip flops for this kind of issues. The pros are that they feel sturdy soft (however the material that comes in contact with skin needs improvement).

I've been a server for over 40 years. My plantar fasciitis was so painful I could barely walk. I kept cutting back from work because it was unbearable. My friend suggested trying Oofos. I started with a pair of flip flops. I couldn't believe that they made the pain almost completely disappear. I now have three pair of flip flops, two pair of high tops, two pair of low shoes. I wear them all the time, even in the house, and I would never work without them! I tell everyone with foot pain to try them!

I love them. Since Ive been using them no back pain.

So comfortable and stay on perfectly but need to get them one size lower than usual. Love them.

Helps with the support of my arch which takes the pressure off a spur on the top off my foot. Great recovery comfort after working out.

Love these for getting in the shower at home or away. Best for my feet after foot surgery had bone spurs and Hagglin disease. Oofos are the best for this and my back!

i had a really bad case of achilles tendinitis and could barely walk. these shoes literally changed my life.. i cant believe it took a bad spell of achilles tendinitis in my left foot to send me looking for relief. im so glad that i did. my new favorite shoe, and my podiatrist agreed.

These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! I have a high arch and wear sandals a lot. Other sandals weren't giving me the support I needed. I was so happy when my friend told me about them, I ordered 2 pairs!

They have good padding and cushion.

My husband has a plate in his foot and degenerative disease in ankles. Walking was extremely painful and very limited. Found his first pair of Oofos in Hawaii when he was about to give up the idea of sightseeing other than from the car. These shoes changed his day that day, and his life since then. He got 15,000 steps yesterday! Made possible by Oofos. He says it's like walking on air. It's been 2 years since his first pair and it's the only shoe he wears now.
