You have to get used to this. Its light way and it would help people who are flat footed because of the arch. Im not but I have to wear it a few hours a day for my feet to break it in. Lol

I had an in-law recommend Oofos and this Sandel was my first purchase. I was never a flip flop kind of guy, but I found I wore these constantly this summer and now will make the trip to me to Florida for the winter.

I love Oofos. This is my 5th pair so far, more to come. These are the most comfortable flip flops EVER.

I've been dealing with PF for many months, utilizing a number of different techniques to heal/alleviate the pain. Taping, rolling on an ice bottle, various stretches... nothing has offered me the same relief I've felt since I slipped my feet into my new OOFOS flip flops. I know there's more work to do on my end to really be healed, but wearing these shoes every minute of the day that I'm at home has been an absolute game changer.
