There are a few things that I love about this backpack and a few things I dislike. The little back and side wall exterior pockets are very handy and the perfect size for your phone/keys so that you don't have to fumble through the bag to find them. The straps leave a bit to be desired. They clip on which is nice because you can remove them and carry it as a satchel, but it makes the bag feel a bit cheap and awkward in how it rests on shoulders. I think when you're buying a true backpack that attached straps is the way to go. The leather is of a medium-grade quality, nothing spectacular, nothing horrible. It's a great hands free option which is what I was looking for. The price point is excellent, as was Zappo's customer service.
