I was waiting to see how these shoes held up before writing a review, and after three months of wearing them, these shoes are pretty much destroyed. They are both cracked at the ball of my foot, allowing water to get inside. The insides are completely falling apart and the memory foam has gone flat. I'm very hard on work shoes and this pair did not stand up any better than anything else I've tried. The good: the price; they were pretty comfortable at first for a non-slip work shoe (which I find nearly always uncomfortable); the non-slip soles did not disappoint. The bad: the laces were far too short and slippery to stay tied; they quickly became uncomfortable and worn out. They are not particularly attractive, but I would have overlooked it for a couple more months of comfort.

I purchased my first pair in September 2015, and I’m only now needing to replace them. The Skechers Work Dighton saw me throughout nursing school, 750+ hrs of clinicals, and my first three months of walking roughly 7500 steps per day at my first job as an RN. They’re easily the most comfortable work shoes I’ve ever owned, and I sincerely feel I got much more than my money’s worth. Here’s to two more years of service out of my next pair!

My feet aren't as mad as the cheaper shoes, so I am happy

I am not going to give this a Top rating yet. I tried on the shoe at the front toe area really tight. So, what I usually do if shoes are too tight. I take two empty water bottles and stuff in the shoes to stretch it in the front. I would take the part with the bottle cap and place it towards the front and stuff the bottom part of the bottle towards the back. This is the same thing I did with the pair of Work Skechers I ordered from Walmart and it worked like a wonder.
