This is a pretty dress shoe. As a senior, it is not easy for me to find something I like which fits comfortably. The lower heel is a good height for people with lower back problems, and arthritis in the toes. The straps also allow my bunion to fit through. There could be more holes in the strap, but that is an easy fix. The shoe feels comfortable although the arch support is moderate. Although I don't usually wear a wide shoe, I bought this one in wide. I am also in between sizes and I bought the larger size. I am glad I found these.

Fabulous!! I'm in love with these sandals! I have large, wide feet, so it can be really difficult to find shoes that fit properly. Needed navy or nude heels (could be pumps or sandals, but not too high as I'm clumsy and already quite tall) to go with a dress for a wedding. Tried on more than a dozen pairs and finally settled on these. They weren't my favorite style (would've preferred a simpler look with fewer straps), but they looked nice and beat out all others on comfort by a mile. I wore these for about 6 hours (after having attended a charity walk that morning), mostly while standing or dancing, and basically never thought about them. Definitely a first for wedding shoes!! They feel balanced and although the straps are snug, they don't bite or rub anywhere. About sizing: I typically wear an 11 or 12, and prefer wide. The 11 wide fit fine for these, though I'd have preferred a 12 if they'd come in that size (you can see my foot and toes come right to the edge of the sole). Still, they were so comfortable, I'm thinking of getting them in black and maybe silver or gold. I wish they came in nude patent. Overall I'm really impressed. This is my first pair of shoes by Nina and I'll definitely check that brand first next time I need a new pair.

I am a senior who generally wears sneakers and orthotics (yuk!) . I needed shoes for a wedding that was very formal and I anticipated being in them for 12 hours !! Miracles do happen. This Genaya style looks young and sexy (my younger niece also has a pair !) and they were comfortable for a 12 hour stint ! Love them - I tried several (like 20 ) different styles before finding these ! These are amazing shoes !

I tried on more than 10 pairs of shoes looking for one that would be comfortable enough to stand in and dance in for four hours at my sister’s wedding. This was the only pair that met her requirements (scrappy/gold), we’re actually wide enough for my feet (D-width), and didn’t rub anywhere. They were pretty comfortable for all four hours, so they did the job I needed them to do. But, after wearing them once, a lot of the bottom had warn away to reveal what looks like cardboard underneath. So, I don’t think these will be good for many more wears. The wedding was outside on pavers, so they may hold up better on a smoother surface.

The straps were wide. My feet are flat so the straps looked loose even if I had them on the last hole. Size was true and loved the wider heel for stability and support. If only they fit well. Sadly had to return.

Tried on these shoes after a long day of standing (teacher) and they felt great right away. Wore them to a wedding with lots of dancing & they felt great the whole time. Didn't even notice that I was wearing brand new shoes - no break in time needed. I have wide feet, but the straps felt good all around. The satin is a bit brighter navy than the picture looks, but it still matched my navy dress just fine.

I've searched high and low for a strappy evening sandal that didn't kill my feet or make me feel like I'd turn my ankle. These are darling. I added one little adhesive gel pad to the shoe under the ball of my foot. And I wore them for hours and hours without my feet hurting. Pretty shimmery gold, perfect heel. I am very happy with them.

These shoes came beautifully packaged. They are gorgeous! I felt sexy as soon as I slipped them on. I have a wide foot, so if a wide size is available in a shoe then that’s what I’ll order. I stuck with my usual 8 1/2 but was a little wary that the straps would pinch my toes, since some of the reviewers said that even the wide width felt too tight. I didn’t personally have that issue but it’s important to note that I have not worn them for any length of time yet. I think there is a slight possibility that my pinky toe may get rubbed a little by the strap, but the shoes are so beautiful and generally comfortable that I’m keeping them. If anything, these felt a tiny bit on the large side. I don’t have skinny ankles and I had to tighten the strap as far as it would go, and I still have some room left in the ankle area. I got the black with gold edging; so pretty and you can’t beat the price. I definitely recommend them.

These are lovely shoes, but the upper straps were either stretched out or too long to begin with, and I have a very high instep. My foot flopped around in them.

I love these shoes! Bought for grandsons wedding. Very sexy and comfortable for an older person without sacrificing style. Returned a similar shoe in a different brand because heel was too skinny and felt wobbly.

I usually wear a 10.5 M so I ordered theses shoes in a 10M and an 11M. The 11's fit great in the length but were a little tight in the width. I am wearing these to accompany my Mother of the Groom Dress for a Summer Wedding in Philadelphia. I returned the 11M and ordered the 11W. I wanted to make sure that the straps were not digging into my foot for the entire event. They fit perfect with some adjustments to the straps. The shoes are stunning and look great with my dress and they are very comfortable. A great find! And, the Zappos Customer Service was very helpful with all the exchanges. A wonderful shopping experience!!

These were gold, not taupe. The shoe is very boxy and unflattering. Ran quite big.

Shoes fit perfect size 5. I did think color was more gold than I thought but very comfortable!

This is a beautiful sandal which I bought for a wedding in August. Because of the reviews to buy a half size larger than needed, I did that. This sandal was a half size too large for my small foot (size 5) so I will be returning it.

Perfect shoe for my son's wedding but so pretty for any occassion. These are not matronly at all. I was looking for a pretty mid hoccasion. With a little sparkle that will be comfy enough to wear for hours of dancing. I have a high arch and high instep so I was pleased these did not cut into the top of my foot. I might pick up another pair in a different color. I usually wear a 7.5 M and thats what I ordered. Perfect fit!

I wore these shoes for 6.5 hours for a wedding that involved a lot of dancing, standing, and walking. First time to wear them and they were so comfortable. The fairy dust color was just enough pop of gold to dress up a casual dress.

They were just what I needed for a cocktail-attire event. No pinching or blisters after being on my feet for hours and wide enough to comfortably accommodate my bunions. The gold is subtle and will coordinate with any color outfit. A great find!

Cute dancing/party shoe, love the gold detail for a little extra fun. So far fits comfortably. Just a little bit wide on my foot, but I do have narrow feet, and the ankle strap mostly keeps my foot from sliding down too much.

I wear an 8.5 or 9 and just returned a different pair of 9's of another shoe for being a little big. These are just right for me. i got them in the gold color and will wear them to a couple of formal events coming up. They are cute and they will stay on my feet when I dance. The straps have to be adjusted just right (which is easy) to make them comfortable.

For me, these shoes fit true to size. The thicker heel, and shorter heel height makes them so comfy, but not too stubby-looking. They're definitely more of a shimmery champagne than a glittery gold. Also can't beat the price for a dressy shoe that I'll really only wear for weddings.

I have been looking for shoes to wear to my son's "dressy casual" wedding in August for months now. I wear a 5.5 - 6, and have a very wide foot. I refuse to wear shoes that I cannot walk and dance in. The result? I cannot find shoes. After reading reviews for this shoe, I ordered two sizes - 6W and 5.5W. The 6 W were quite long. The 5.5W were also long and loose in the strap. But most unfortunately, they were too tight around the toes. And so I will continue to look....

Bought wide width and they are absolutely NOT wide. My feet barely fit in the straps and completely hang over the sides. Super disappointed.

I bought these years ago and let friends borrow them, too. These have LASTED. I half-sized down, though because I always need to with heeled sandals.

The most comfortable pair of heels I’ve ever worn!! Wore them for a wedding on NYE and spent hours dancing in them.
