I bought eight pairs of flip flops seeking decent arch support. These have none, and the foot bed is not soft. The straps were also somewhat loose. It is a narrow flip flop, too.
I'd also recommend:

I had heard good things about this brand so maybe my hopes were too high. The flip flops felt hard and the strap was super tight. Sending them right back

This item considering the price is very over priced. The item is flimsy and does not have enough support. Feels like a cheap flip flop. I believe the description does not match the actual item and is deceptive.

I was really looking forward to this "fitflop" based on what I saw in the video and on what I had heard about this brand. BUT, the plastic toe guard was pure torture between my toes. I got blisters almost immediately, so beware!. There is definitely support in the arch area, but the section to hold the ball of your foot is also flat. These are noisy too. I returned them am am going back to OluKais.

These are just about the cheapest, ugliest s andles I have ever seen. They are not "flexable" as Statesboro are t her comfortable. Junk. Sent back immediately. 0 stars. Don't waste your $.

Not Comfortable for my flat feet, had to return. When you walk in them it feels like your heels are higher than the balls of your feet. Fit was not normal.

I really wanted to like these FitFlops---cute, lightweight, bit of arch support, and size 9 seemed to be the usual length that I wear in other brands. But as I walked around my living room checking the fit, my heels kept moving to the outside of both flips. As a result, the edge of my feet slipped off the edge of them. It was not uncomfortable, just looked goofy. I will return this FitFlop because of the design and try something else.

The left flip flop shifted inward when I walked, I then measured the distance from each hole where the plastic piece goes into the sole and the left shoe is narrower to inside than right, so there is an issue with production. They are true to size but are going back!

I do love the style and wished these were more comfy. They really have very little arch support. I have a torn plantar fascia so if you have any plantar fasciitis related problem, these really aren’t supportive enough.

The worst. My feet and legs ached after wearing them. Don't waste your money.

These are the worst flip flops I have spent over $10 on. $1 flip flops at Old Navy would be more comfortable. The plastic thing is stiff and rough and their is absolutely no padding or arch support. These shoes are a total waste of money. I wouldn't even wear them in the yard.
