I ordered the Med and Large as I wasn't sure what size even after measuring my head. I was swimming in the Large but the Medium is a tiny bit snug. I'm sure the Med will break in and decided to keep it. I was not happy with how this was sent by Zappos though as it was just in a plastic bag and thrown in a box with other shoe boxes. This hat is far too expensive to let it get crushed by other items in the shipment.

Hat was delivered in a bag with no support. Brim was excessively floppy and crown misshapen - this hat looked like it had been tried on and returned by a dozen people. Medium was too small, large was too big. Returned and ordered the large directly from Rag and Bone - who shipped it in a substantial, protective box.

I ordered this hat in black after I fell in love w/ the brown hat. note: both hats came in a plastic bag and look pretty mashed but not as distorted/ twisted as the black hat that came today . Nevertheless, I am keeping it with the hopes that I can mold it back into a shape I want.

Sorry to add this conflicting review but I'm a medium in every hat I own and this hat in medium ran a full size too small. It's possible the medium is just cut poorly. Returning for a large.
