I LOVE these shoes and find that they are surprisingly supportive. The fact that they are stretchy fabric makes them perfect for long flights and lots of travel walking as they accommodate swelling and bunions ! I purchased my normal European size ..41 (10). I found that I had to get used to my toe being at the very end of the shoe which is not u comfortable because the flexible fabric, but is a slightly different feel than more stiff shoes. I tried the larger size but it flops off my foot. I always receive compliments when I wear these shoes ! The grey and white combo is my favorite !

COMFORTABLE, and also cute, with much more cushiony support than expected. I walked 10 plus miles the first day out in these... no sore spots.. amazing. Breathable too. The white/black is great for casual/ jeans, but can also be dressed up. I LOVE these shoes, I hate almost all shoes. I'm barefoot whenever possible, but these are next best. PS; I have a bunion/ a fairly wide feet, and still these shoes worked.

a lovely shoe but much too loose on heel

I loved these shoes and wanted to wear this spring without socks however they were too big especially run in the heel. This style doesn't come in a smaller size 35 so had to return them

Pros: Looks cute Nice fabric Lightweight Good arch support Cons: Contrary to the description you CANNOT add your own orthotic. Their liner does come out, but all of the shoe's arch support is permanent in the bottom of the shoe, so if you add your own orthotic there will be too much arch altogether Way too small. All of my toes were jammed against the front of the shoe. But the L15-D was too long (they were out of L15 in size 40) The fabric on the innersole is too slippery Zappos sent these shoes in a plastic bag - not a box with tissue paper

I was so excited when my L15 Arcopedico shoes came in the mail...I tried them on but was so disappointed they didn't fit even tho I ordered a 38, which is my size but they were too long and the toe width was too wide. I'm going to return for a smaller size because I know this is the shoe I've been waiting to get ever since my friend got hers I fell in love with every feature..to think they are washable and she can walk around for hours...they look so classy for a casual shoe...looking forward to getting my shoes returned so I can order a size smaller....oh yes, mine were Blue a beautiful dark blue....

These are my go to house shoes. When I have a lot of work to do on my feet at home, these are perfect. Great comfort and support. Personally, I wouldn't wear them outside of the house based on styling. Love them at home though.

My plan was to replace an older pair of Arcopedico . The construction and materials are not of the same quality as the older shoes. Definitely not worth the price. In this price bracket and comfort try French Sole.

I usually wear a size 9 and ordered a size 40 in this shoe. The shoe was too short and too loose overall. This would be a nice travel shoe since it is soft and foldable.

Wanted a simple black slip on. Love the shine & its pretty cute on. I wear a 9 so ordered the 39. It was snug (not in a bad way) and, as others noted, the thin fabric feels like you could wear a hole in the toe. So, I ordered a 40 to make the toe area a little looser. After wearing them for short periods a few times I think the arch in the 39 was a better fit. They also stretched and while they stay on when walking they slip off when sitting. And, worst part, they killed the ball of my foot. I’m going to try adding an orthotic insert and/or a pad under the ball of my foot to see if that helps. I really like them, but they’re just not comfortable for me. I had ordered a second pair in sliver (so cute) but returned them. If I can figure out how to make them comfortable I’ll reorder. Oh, if you have narrow feet I don’t think these will work for you.

Comfortable, flexible sole. Like working in barefeet but still very protected. These are very stylish, definitely can go with skirt, dress pants but even jeans

I am a fan of this brand. It has always been comfortable despite my many foot problems. I ordered my usual 38 and they were too big. Returned them for a 37 & they fit great. So don’t know if this style runs big or just my feet. They are rounder in the toe than the picture. Overall I am looking forward to many comfortable days in these shoes.

I loved this shoe but it feels a full size smaller. I hope that I can find it in a bigger size.

I LOVE THESE GLITZY BLACK SHOES. This is my 3rd purchase of this particular shoe, the Arcopedico L15. Great fit. I comfortably traveled across the pond and walked around London for days wearing these great shoes. They are my tried and true, go to, shoes for travel and every day comfort.

I knew to order a half size up on this European shoe because I already have a pair. The comfort is unbelievable since it has arch support. I have wide feet and there's plenty of room. The rubber also comes up over the shoe at the front to provide protection. And they look great!

I found the shoes to be cute, comfortable and supportive in the arch. Unfortunately, the top part of the shoe dug into a small spot on the top of my foot and it doesn't seem like the kind of material that will stretch over time. Wish I could keep them. 1000% better than Toms. (And I like Toms).

Relatively comfortable flat. However the arch support is too far forward in the shoe.

These shoes were too big. I wear a 7.5 or 8 but have a narrow foot and the medium width was way too wide.

Purchased for European travel, so I wanted something stylish. They are cute, super-lightweight. I wear size 8.5 so I purchased size 39 and size 40. But the heel is too loose for me, even with thin hosiery. And my toes are uncomfortably close to the front on each shoe. Regretfully, I am returning and will continue the hunt.

I was looking for a pair of black shoes to wear with dressier pants. These fit the bill. Although I wouldn't have paid that much for them, I did have a refund so I applied it. The arch support is excellent. I like the sparkliessness of them for evening wear.

I really wanted these shoes for a trip abroad. I wear a size 9, so I ordered both a 39 and a 40. The 40 was too big and the 39 was a bit small, but both sizes were too tight on the top of my big toe, regardless of how they fit lengthwise. I love how they are so light weight and easy to pack, plus they look much nicer on than they do in the photo. Sadly, though, they are not for me.

Too short in the toe. Felt one size smaller. And arch support in wrong place. The L14 fits much better.

Good look, very comfortable, but run short. I wear a 9.5 and usually that is a little long. The 9.5 in this style are too short. I am returning them and getting the next size up.

I was hoping these would provide enough support for my problem feet. Alas, no. The shoe is very light and would work well for travel if you don't need much support. The uppers are roomy for sure, but there is almost no arch or metatarsal support. Had to return these.

very disappointed in the quality of these shoes. They are very light weight - but I have trouble with the balls of my feet - and these did not help at all. Very minimal padding at the ball of feet in this shoe. I was really looking forward to these, as they are cute - but they have to go back.
