Cute shoes, and they were comfortable in the beginning. But, as I wore them around the house to make sure they would be OK, the toe box seemed too narrow for me. Started to hurt my big toe. The back heel doesn’t have much support, but I think it would be OK. Unfortunately I returned. May work for some just not me.

Tried this style on in a 10 and it was too small, the 11 is too big. I’m normally a 10-10.5 so these will be going back.

This leather is super fine/thin feeling - very supple and soft, but doesn't feel like there's a lot to the shoe. I usually wear a 6 or 6 1/2 but the 6 in this shoe was very floppy. I'm not certain a smaller size would have enough structure to be what I'm looking for so I'm returning.

I wanted to love these-but due to the design, they kept slipping off my heel. The back of the shoe doesn't have structure, so these are almost impossible to keep on your feet when bending, etc. Cute shoe, poor design.

The other reviewers are spot on. This shoe feels very much like a ballet slipper with a slightly firmer sole. It is soft and delightful to wear, but it will not likely hold up over the long haul. This is not your NYC commuter shoe... but it looks great for a casual evening paired with jeans. It is slightly more supportive than a bedroom slipper! I love it. But I don't have very high expectations of it lasting more than a year.

I ordered my size- too small by a half size- ordered a 1/2 size bigger but it was too floppy. The back of the shoe is just material so it is not stiff- floppy. ?? Good for travel as it folds down, but because I had to get a half size bigger, it wouldn’t stay in my foot. Sad- they are really nice shoes.

Comfortable and soft leather, however; the back of shoe is so flimsy and tends to slip off heel.

Great design, perfect heel & the leather is really soft - which is what I was looking for. The size is odd. I usually wear a 8 and had to go 7.5. Even 7.5 feels a bit loose, but its really snug at the front so I cannot go smaller. Not yet sure how comfortable it is as I haven't worn it for a long stretch yet.

The first day I wore these shoes, the outside had detached from the sole by the end of the day. I contacted customer service, and they had the new pair to me the next day. The new pair have been wonderful. The heel does slide a bit due to the collapsible heel, but it doesn’t rub since there isn’t a seam. Also, wearing small socks helps that. The sliding doesn’t bother me at all. While I bought wide width, the front does seem slightly more narrow than I’d expect for wide. However, with the heel the way it is, the tighter front works. I really like the shoe!

Cute shoes, very soft leather, but too soft. Not enough support all around, little to no arch support. Heel slipped and big toe felt smashed in toe box and I ordered a wide. Would not have been able to be on my feet very much with these.

Soft comfortable and the colors are beautiful. Great, stylish, casual wear show. Bought them in 3 colors and the red was the most striking.

I liked the fit and the style of these shoes. I ordered a 1/2 size down per other reviewers suggestions. I really liked the shoe but the really soft heal area (to allow to wear as a mule) just made the back seem flimsy so that it did not feel secure when I walked in them. They also made a weird noise when walking because of this. It make work well for someone with a fuller foot. Loved the relaxed style, but I will be returning them.

The shoe is stylish, and seems to fit me, but the heel is too loose and kept slipping off. So back it goes.

The size was accurate, however my foot repeatedly came out of the shoe. A smaller size wouldn't have worked because then my toes would have been scrunched. I tried inserts and heel devices, to no avail. The heel is just too flimsy. Too bad because they were a really cute shoe.

So disappointed these shoes didn’t work! I tried them on at Macy’s and they fit fine but didn’t have the color I wanted, so I ordered them through Zapppos (which I LOVE) and the back slips off when I walk. They are cute and I was looking for navy blue shoes to wear to work but these just don’t fit me.
