Different sizes - left show is smaller than right but number are same. I removed the tags and now am stuck with two different size shoes

I'm pretty disappointed. This is my second pair of workhog Wellington I loved my first pair but there is something wrong with the left boot on these. It's extremely hard to get on and off and the sole almost feels like it sits too high in the heel and my foot won't go all the way in the boot. I and happy with the customer service as I am sending them back for a refund and unfortunately I will be buying a different brand of boot. I have owned probably 8 pairs of ariat boots and always loved them but unfortunately i think it's time to switch brands.

Ordered this with a jacket. The jacket had some company logo embroidered on it which ruined the whole experience. Been a loyal Ariat customer for years. Re-thinking that now since I get to take my time to send the jacket back. Not how I want to spend what little time I have off.

I wore them once and they weren't what I was expecting. Heavier than what I require but I was told I couldn't return them.

Same size as my other Ariat boots but a lot more narrow, I had to return. It took almost 20 days to get my refund money as well.

I bought these boots and have worn them for almost 3 months before the sole of the boots started to tear apart. They feel great but I hate that they only lasted that long
