I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience trying to purchase cowboy boots online, and I wanted to share my frustrations in hopes of saving others from the same headache.
The return process was an absolute nightmare as well. After reaching out to customer service multiple times, I had to go through lengthy procedures. I've been waiting for three weeks for my refund, and even though I waited patiently, they couldn't expedite the shipping process. What a shame considering they have great boots the process to get them is just unbearable

The came in fast shipping, perfect size they fit really well and they looked very sharp. The heel of the boots both had over spray on them, some kind of white paint splattered on the heels but that didn't bother me too much because I'm sure they would get flaws as I wore them but They did really hurt my feet I thought these type of boots were made for comfort. I have another pair that are exotic and yet are more comfortable than the sport.
BUT the main reason for my low review despite the boots was due to the customer service, it STUNK!!! Prior to buying the boots I was trying to apply a promotional offer I received frim Ariat via text but it wasn't working so I reached out to CS and the rep didn't show any kind of concern and pretty much told me I was SOL. But I still purchased them since it was a bday present to myself.

We got Ariat's for my son. He wanted so badly to love these boots. He took care of them but the quality just wasn't there. The sole on the bottom of the boot wore out and got a hole in it before he even had the boot for 1 year. We messaged Ariat with no response. I am highly disappointed because I know boots can last. I've had a pair of Justin boots for 18 years and they are still is great shape. Very disappointing, especially for the price these things cost. I would expect the quality to be better for how much they want for these boots.

I have been wearing boots my whole life, so I know my size very well. I ordered these boots in Size 13 but they are not Size 13. When I attempted to put the boots on my foot would not go in past the heel, and the sides felt tight. I do not have wide feet, and none of my other boots are "W", so needless to say, I am very disappointed. What a waste of money, and I was excited to have purchased these boots. This is my first time purchasing Ariat boots, and it is most likely my last.

Poor quality, the left side boot is a lot loser compared to the right side boot. The right side is so tight my foot goes numb. Wore it for 2 weeks and still not much improvement on the right side boot.

I love the look. I've purchased these boots twice before, both never fit-- a salesperson suggested I order a size larger-- did so this 3rd time-- nope

I purchased for my grandson. They looked nice but the quality is not good. He has only had them for about 2 months and they look like are two years old. Not happy with the quality of this boot.

Consider yourself blessed if you get a pair that fit either that or I have a warped foot. I had an 11.5 D destroyed my foot getting them on and were way to tight. I order a 12 D and they go on like normal but the boot is way to wide you'd think I went up to 14 EE or something. Then I contact support and the only solution I'm givin is to refer to their sizing chart as if that explains the giant difference between an 11.5 D and a 12D was really excited for these boots now I don't know what to do.

So I bought these boots about a month and a half ago and they are a half size bigger which was I instructed to buy. These boots are hard to get on. But like another reviewer stated, the shaft is pretty narrow and takes me at least a minute to put each boot on. I've also used a long shoe horn to see if that would help but I just ended up hurting my heel. The ankle area starts bending when I put them on and makes my ankle harder to slide in. My heel starts hurting when putting them on because it's bending the heel area. I have to stomp on the floor just to get them in. I wear a 9 so I bought a 9.5 but I am pretty disappointed with them. I have average size feet, no high arches and not flat-footed at all. All my other boots that I bought from Ariat fit me perfect but these are the only ones that I am extremely disappointed with. I've only worn them about 4 times.

I bought a pair a couple years ago. Fit great and I finally wore them out. So I picked up another pair and the shaft seems to have been narrowed so much I can't get my foot past the ankle. Why screw up a decent boot to save a nickel.

Why can't they make these exact boots but without the flag? Anyone who likes that is super basic, the flag should at least be an optional?

Too small and cut awkward. Would need to go up a size to get foot in and then it's way to long. Extra wide doesn't cut it because still not able to get foot in.

I bought these boots about a year and a half ago and they held up great but they hurt my heels like crazy causing lower back pain even after putting different inserts in I've tried everything, and then I bought a different set of ariat boots that they don't sell and they are way more comfortable.

Why do these boots have an American flag on them when they're made in Vietnam??? Should have a Vietnamese flag on them instead...
