I love the boot, but I did not want a broad square toe and was disappointed when received . I do not like how they feel in my stirrups . You're site is not clear and I can only wear Ariats

I have a wide foot and high arch and couldn't get my foot in these beautiful boots even though they were wide widths. Had to return them

These are beautiful boots. I was so excited to get them. They fit my foot fine but the shaft is huge!!! If I move my leg a little back I can see the top of my foot. Why is the shaft so big!! I have two other pair of western boots and they are no way near this large. I will have to return them!!

These boots are absolutely beautiful and well constructed. One problem: Ariat skips 1/2 sizes between Size 10 and 11. Half sizes are available up to Size 10. Why would Ariat think that a half size wouldn't matter once you hit Size 10?? Bought an 11, they were a sloppy fit. Exchanged for a 10, just a little too short in the toe box. A 10 1/2, would have been just perfect, siiigh. I've had this experience with other Ariat styles, so unfortunately, I'll have to go with another boot maker :/

I bought these 4 months ago, and I use them every day. 15-20k steps a day working on a thoroughbred farm, and they have already wore holes into the sides and need to be replaced. I'm sure these would be fine for non-every day hard wear, as they were quite comfortable once broken in, but not great longevity with hard use.

They will turn dark if you get them in water and will not go back to its normal color it also got a dot and will not go away

I first purchased a size 9 in perfect beautiful new condition but had to return it for a smaller size. When I received the second pair size 8 1/2 there was no packaging or tags and heels were scuffed up It looked like it was a pair that was worn and returned and then thrown together with no tags packing materials. I was extremely disappointed but couldn't wait for another month to return and get another poor quality replacement so i just kept them. Very disappointing.

I bought these boots to show and train in. The leather is way too thin, and because of that the stirrup hurts my foot. These boots are beautiful, so if you are looking for a boot to wear out I highly recommend them. However, if you are looking for a work/riding boot, this is not it.

This boot runs big in size &small in width, they need to make a wide in this boot. Otherwise color and style were spot on, beautiful! Just issues with size and widith. I originally got them for my brothers wedding becaise they would look classy. Over all i was a little disappointed for the first time with ariat boots. Needless to say i had to return them.

The cowboy boot cannot be 100% leather if it has a synthetic lining. Change the lining and you'll have a customer

Why isn't size 5 available? I would like to purchase a pair but size 6 is too big

Wish I could give 0 stars but apparently this is not a thing. Ordered these boots for my granddaughter for Christmas and got the complete opposite. Men's boots in the size 10.5

Ordered for wife and got the size she told me had to returnfirst shipment was fast but been almost 2 weeks and still waiting on exchange for right size

Stil have not received my replacement size and it has been over two weeks. In the beginning it seemed like the exchange process would be easy but I am thinking different now. I have emailed them twice. Did get a response the first time but not the second time. Still have no clue when I am going to get them.

Seem nice comfortable boots. I ordered them but my order got cancelled without notice and/ or reason. Really frustrating! I waited a week for the boots and only got a shirt!

The leather has detached from the boot. I've only been wearing them for 2 weeks and haven't done anything in them besides walking.

Beautiful boot however, it is not wide at all. If you have a wide foot, you will not be able to get on.

I have been trying to find a pair of boots for over two years and when I came across these I had very high hopes. They are soooo tight my toes started to go numb. Extremely disappointing as I love this brand and was hoping the wide width would work.

Wanted to love these so bad but they are tiiightttt!!!

First off, these boots came with a scuff on the toe area. And 2nd off, I wore these boots to Nashville last weekend and they are permanently stained from alcohol spills. They stain easily and I took these boots to two shoe stores and none could help with the removal of stains. Waste of money!!!! I DO NOT recommend.
