This is my third pair that I have purchased. Always getting complemented on the shoes. I wear dress shoes 12 hours a day and these are the most comfortable shoes I have found.

As someone who’s been wearing dress shoes for almost 20 years, I’m excited to say these are probably the BEST pair I’ve ever owned! They were about 1 size too big so I returned them for one size down. Otherwise, these shoes are holding up extremely well after one month. They are creasing like most do and they are retaining their shine and “new” look for far longer than most others. Definitely a great value at this price and so far I plan to buy them again Dow the road.

Husband needed these for a wedding and Zappos is the ONLY place we could find this shoe in a size 14. Not sure how that magicalness happened, but we got exactly what we needed when we were desperate. Also, he was super worried about width, and these are wide enough to be comfortable for him. Thanks, Zappos!

Great shoe but runs one size bigger than normal

I bought these for my husband. He said they are really comfortable but that they are tight across his instep. He thinks once they are broken in, they should stretch enough to be fine.

The leather on the shoes Is cracking all over after less than a month of use.

These were for my son’s senior year, homecoming, photos, etc. He likes the style and comfort. We have these in black and then another similar style in a camel/brown color.

These are amazing dress shoes. Super comfy and deliciously minimal. I love them.

Fit runs a bit large especially when you break them in. Nothing an extra pair of socks won't fix, plus I need the extra cushion. Simple yet stylish shoe. Great price and shipping.

I am a professional and have been wearing dress shoes 8-5 for the last 10+ years. I have a few brands that I’m loyal to and these are my first Steve Madden dress shoe. So far I’m really happy with the purchase. They are not overly comfortable (few dress shoes really are), but I’m never in discomfort by the end of the day by any means. I really like the look of the contrast stitching and sole color. It may not be for everyone, but it walks a fine line between style and professional.

No need to break them in. They feel like they were custom-made for you.

I recommend this shoe! I pulled these shoes out of the box, wore them to a wedding the next day, danced the night away, and they felt great the whole time. I went down a half size because I have narrow feet and figured they would stretch out a bit since they are leather. (note: if you have narrow feet, the style of these doesn't allow for much tightening in the laces, but still worked for me.) Great shoe for the price, no break in time required.

I really like these shoes. Very comfortable with solid support, they look good, are versatile (been wearing to office but can def wear w/jeans as well)...and for the price!? No argument here.
