Needed to return the size I ordered using the size estimating tool. However, I ordered one size bigger for my son and it's a great fit! This coat is not too bulky but very warm and he loves it. Quality is great, of course. This will serve him well this coming winter where it gets very cold here. And because it's made well it will serve his little brother well eventually, too.

Bought this jacket for my 9 year old son! Awesome Jacket! Looks great, super soft and warm. Just my opinion, my son wears a size M (10-12), and I bought a medium that was recommended by the "Find your size". It was tight, sent it back and ordered the Large. Perfect fit. Highly recommend this jacket.

I purchased the jacket as an everyday winter coat for my 10 year old son. Perfect for getting him to and from to school and around the playground. He loves the fur inside because it is so soft.

My son loves this jacket he can wear it on both sides.

The North Face toddler reversible jacket was my son's favorite for two years. He is almost 7 so it was time to get a new one. He did not want want one with a hood this time, so I let him pick online and he chose this one. The small is big on him now, but he can roll the sleeves and easily get two years out of this. We live in Texas, so this weight is perfect for fall/winter/early spring.

Love the jacket.

We've only just gotten the coat, so I can't speak to it's long term durability but my 6 year old loves the style. I do wish it was water and wind proof. The sizing tool had him in a XXS and thank goodness I ignored it and bought an XS. He almost could wear a S and he's a totally middle of the road 6 year old.

I bought this for my grandson size 10/12 . I think it runs small it’s a perfect fit. Usually 10/12 north face has room enough for 2 seasons. I was slightly disappointed. The jacket will be ok this winter and I do have someone to pass it to for next year.

This jacket did not look the same in person. It wasn't as full looking, but still warm nonetheless. My son didn't really like it in person but I wasn't sending it back at this point. I paid to have it overnighted and I ended up getting it two weeks later. Somehow the shipping label fell off and they had to send the first one back. I would NEVER pay to have anything overnighted from This company again. They did not offer to pay my shipping fee or anything. Most companies would have done something extra for their returning customer. They said it was due to New Years but my other sons jacket was ordered before Christmas and it didn't come until a week later.
