I purchased these for my daughter for ballet class. I was looking for something that wouldn't break the bank given her young age, but that would also be of good enough quality that would serve her well for a year or so. While it's hard to judge the latter point for certain after having just bought them, they appear to be of sturdy quality and also to be very comfortable. The size was accurate with my daughter's current shoe size, and she was also quite pleased with them, wearing them around the house even when she doesn't have dance.

I love Bloch stuff!

I love these ballet shoes for my toddler. She currently wears a size 7, so ordered the 7.5B based on others reviews; however, I do feel these are true to size. Hence, if I would have ordered the 7B, they would have fit perfect. The 7.5B will give her just enough room to grow into while not overly loose to not be able to wear for class, so I kept them. Overall, they are beautiful!

I priced around for a good quality ballet shoe & this was the best by far. I’m so glad I ordered from Zappos because I almost ordered through Amazon which cost more money & isn’t as fast as Zappos.

These are super cute and comfy! My four year old daughter recently started ballet lessons and 100% approves of wearing these! They’re not overly tight and are SO soft. The one issue I have is that the laces constantly untie by themselves but I learned to double know them to prevent that from constantly happening.

Purchased one half size up thinking these were running big, but they turned out to be tts. My daughter still uses them and she will grow into them. Perfect for a beginner dancer.

I got in three sizes. None of them fit. Have to reorder in bigger and wider sizes. For some reasons size markings are different with the ones I bought few years ago.

These are the third pair of Bloch ballet shoes I have bought for my daughter. I love how they wear and she likes how comfy they are. And this is from a girl who is hard on shoes.

Liked the quality of these, would size up one size for these. My toddler girl normally wears a size 8.5 but these 10 were perfect on her!

These looked so tiny when they arrived. My daughter has very small feet. She wears size 7 and the size 7 fit very well. She said they felt comfortable.

Sizing was perfect when we went up a size. My daughter has narrow feet, but we just tightened the bows and they were perfect.

Cute ballet shoes! They seemed to run a little small so I changed for a 1/2 size bigger. My three year old says she’s a real ballerina now ;)

I thought these were adorable...very well made and soft. However, my six year old couldn't stand wearing them. There is a piece of leather on the bottom inside that doesn't stay down and roles up under the toes when worn. I had to return them.

As others mentioned, these shoes run a bit small, so you may need to buy one size up. My son has wide feet, so unfortunately the medium did not work, even though the material is stretchy. Then you can buy here for easy shipping and returns or buy from another provider if Zappos doesn't carry it.

I have no idea how I select the sizing: should buy a larger size or buy the exact size? That's my lack of knowledge of how to buy ballet shoes. The product is great but fit a little big because I tend to child's shoes like that. I learned the size depends on the type of activity. Anyway, next time I know.
