I usually wear a 7.5, but needed to exchange for a size 7. Much to my disappointment, when I received the replacement, it was another 7.5, and when I opened the box, it was the wrong style inside. I actually liked the style that I did not order and have not decided whether or not I will return them. I wanted to notify Zappos of this error in customer service and quality control, as I have never had this issue with them before. The comfort and style of the Bionica Sunset, is exceptional! I needed to downsize as they were a little to long. Sadly, since I got the wrong pair and tried to reorder the size 7 again... it is no longer in stock in the color I wanted. I hope Zappos has not lost their edge in the CS department. I am not willing to give up on them yet. Bottom line... Bionica is now on my radar as a cute and comfortable Brand. I will be looking for more.

Love this shoe! The denim color is wonderful! Fits a little loosely at the heel and ankle-(but my feet are hard to fit). Goes great with skirts, jeans, dresses...and comfortable, too!

I wish I could keep this one. Lovely shoe! The beige color is perfect in place of a white sandal. However, I need wide toe box and narrow heel--the heel part was too roomy for me. Sadly I must return. (I am keeping the denim color ones though-its fit is a little snugger on me).

Way more than a size larger. It was a present form my daughter and will return for a smaller size.

I really like these shoes. I have a real problem finding shoes that are not flat because of a knee replacement. These shoes I can wear all day and my knee isn't hurting by the end of the day. The problem I have with them is I can't keep them tied. They have to be double tied.

I loved the shoe, but it was obvious that it had been worn. The footbed was dirty and the packaging was not there. First time that has happened at Zappos. Please check your returns before sending them back out.

These sandals are incredibly comfortable. I purchased them in the nude color and the blue. Can't wait for the weather to warm up a little so I can start wearing them! The arch support is great. I have a wide foot but they fit me well.

I ordered the Bionca Sunset in my normal size which was OK and the denim blue color is truely beautiful. Unfortunately the arch support felt too high and way too rigid for my foot. So much that it hurt after just a few steps around my bedroom. Maybe alright for someone with a very high arch.

I love how these shoes feel. My foot has hurt for the past 8 months (plantar fasciitis). This shoes felt great as soon as I stepped into them. I toured the entire Biltmore House and the gardens without ANY pain. I teach school and am on my feet all the time. These are the only shoes I own that bring me comfort. The style is a bit more funky that I would normally buy but I do not care, that is how great they feel. The only downside is the rubber bottom squeaks a bit on the tile at school.

I already have a pair of Bionica platform sandals that I absolutely LOVE, so I had high hopes for these. The footbed in these is wonderful, wonderful for someone with high arches like me, but the rest of the shoe just didn't work. I found the back of the shoe came up a little too high and poked the back of my leg above the ankle. Also, the strap across the toe was in an awkward place for me. A little too far up on the foot so all of my toes were completely in front of the strap. It wasn't uncomfortable, it just didn't look right. Finally, the tie is just weird. I felt like it would come untied a lot. You can't double knot it & have it look right and it is the only thing holding the shoe on your foot. This would be a much, much better shoe if it clasped in some other way. I will keep trying Bionica though!
