I bought a wide foot shoe and it very really tight. I felt that the shoe material used was very stiff and not flexible or forgiving. I have bought the white and brown shoe and it was just fine.

I have been a loyal Footjoys consumer for 20 years. I currently own 4 pair of shoes. These have been my only disappointment with their shoes. The seams let go on both shoes, the inserts for the spikes let go. I contacted Footjoys and was told that these shoes have only a 90 day warranty and that they are the low end product. They are very comfortable, I think I just got a lousy pair.

This is my second pair of Foot Joy originals. the first pair lasted a few years and were in good shape except when the spikes wore down i could not remove some of them. I thought it was just a fluke but now i have the same problem with the second pair after one year.

You need to tie your website to your inventory stock. I purchased a FJ Original X-Wide which reflected that it was in stock. The order went through and my credit card reflected a pending charge. Two days later I received an email stating that the order was cancelled due to the item being out of stock. Basic restaurants can tie their online ordering to their inventory stock. FJ needs to upgrade their system to do the same basic capability! I had to cancel my golf plans that week, because my worn out shoes were unable to be replaced.

The shoes are uncomfortable. I walk a lot. Had to buy inserts to make them usable. Had I not put a few scuffs on them, I'd have sent them back!

Have worn Footjoy for years and years with shoes always true to size and width. However, with the FJ Originals the feel of the spikes comes through the insole and hurt the bottom of my feet. Feet hurt for days after wearing these shoes while riding a cart. Can't imagine wearing these shoes while walking a golf course. After wearing these shoes checked reviews and found that other golfers have experienced the same problem. Worst golf shoes I have ever worn! Returned them and submitted my displeasure to Customer Service with no response. Guess Footjoy does not care about customer satisfaction. Buyer beware when buying these golf shoes.

I have had these shoes for three weeks and have played three rounds in a cart. I was happy with the shoe though my feet felt a little tired at the end of the round. Last night I walked nine holes. By the 7th hole my feet hurt so badly I did not want to finish the round. The pain was in the area of the spikes. It was like there was no sole and it felt like I was walking on marbles. By the time I got to my car I could barely walk. This morning my feet are still sore and I have a bruise in one area on the bottom of my foot. I am going to try to return the shoes but as I have played four rounds in them I don't know if I will be able to.

Very disappointed with this purchase, since mail order, did not want the hassle of returning this lowest of quality shoe. First time wearing on course feet hurt due to lack of support, Foot Joy, you can do better as this shoe is a Black Eye on Foot Joy Quality!!

Supposed to be waterproof. Their not. Returning as soon as possible.

Bought a pair of Pro SL in wide and they are too narrow. Have bought FJ for years in a wide fit and have been happy but will be changing brands as the new shoes are not comfortable enough to walk 18!

Won't buy your products online again because you sent shoes with waxed laces that just won't stay tied. I won't support companies who really don't care about the personal experiences of the customer.
