I really like the look and style of these shoes, but the size 12 recommended by Zappos, could not have been larger than a size 10. My son who wears 10.5, found them to be short and tight. Unfortunately, I had to return them.

Can’t disagree with most of the reviews here. Got them today. Way too small. Usually wear 10-10.5. Got these in a 10.5 and shocked how small they were. Just ordered 11.5 and will be returning 10.5. Order these shoes 1-1.5 bigger than normal. Otherwise they look really nice.

I bought the regular sixe that I'm used to buy (10.5) and had to return them because they wouldn't fit. I still loved the design and got myself another bigger pair (11), and guess what? Still wouldn't fit!! The bad thing is that the 11.5 wasn't available, so I just had to give up and not get them. Bottom line, the run waaaay too small

Usually wear 11-11.5. Tried 11s and 11.5s, both were too short. Tried 12s, and they were too narrow/uncomfortable. It's too bad because the shoes look great.

The shoes look so cool, I really wanted them to work out but they are just so ill-fitting. Size runs 1.5-2 times small. They match up perfectly with other shoes I own at 1.5 times to big but the front have is very narrow somehow and I don't think going to a 13 is going to help.

loved the color and look was told to go up from 11 which I wear to 11.5 not even close this shoe is so uncomfortable I could not wear it. Gave to my grandson he was ok with it didn't know hie age group is hot wild about NB

This is a great shoe. Cool looking without a doubt, but the size is off the charts small! I've worn NB for years and consistently an 11. But these 11s weren't even in the ballpark. They fit like 9.5s. Not joking. Have to return.

It seems like every shoe-maker is claiming fantastic new technologies in their shoes: REVlite, N-durance/N-Durance (i guess NB was so happy with this one that they felt the need to trademark it two different ways!). So you would expect all these technological advances would make shoes more comfortable, more durable, more responsive, etc. Unfortunately the opposite seems to be true. Maybe it's me but (most) shoes these days seem to be less and less comfortable. I find myself returning more times than not. As is the case with these 533's. I assumed the bulleted list of fancy marketing jargon would mean they'd be comfortable. But there's actually no mention of "comfort"...so I guess I shouldn't assume.

These have been my go-to shoe for a long time now, but I just had to return the newest pairs I ordered. The Stratford is much narrower than it has been in the past, and also is about a half size shorter. Since I wore the 13, I can't really "size up." It was great having a solid-built skate shoe; hopefully it'll return to form with future releases.

Really liked the looks for a casual shoe could wear at work. I ordered a men's 8 D. Shoes came in and couldn't even get my foot in them. They were way to small. Checked on box and said men's 8 D. The inside of shoe said Men 8 D, but I think they were made for women. Very disappointed.

Immediately notice several stains on the suede, two ink dots no bigger than the tip of a pen but noticeable from just a few feet away. and fingerprints as it looked like someone handled them with dirty hands (they were white) in addition to this the suede was covered in dimples making the curvature at the toes appear rippled and indented. I called customer service immediately and requested a return label. When i get around to shipping them back i will probably take my business elsewhere.

Probably the worst shoe I've bought. I tried skating these shoes and was excited because PJ is my all time favorite skater and was excited to try these shoes. I opened the box and felt the shoes, they were leather so the shoes were super stiff, which is okay, I don't mind breaking in shoes. So when I skated them, they felt super tight on my foot to the point where I had to take them off. I put them in a shoe tree for a day, no luck. I skated them again and the outsole is probably the worst design out of any shoe. It comes flat already! I had no grip at all, and I know it's more of a tech shoe, but this is unacceptable especially for the price. So to sum up the shoe; it was tight, outsole was flat, super stiff and was just poorly designed. It's really a shame that PJ designed this shoe to be this bad.
