Leggings are fine'. color disappointing. They are definitely gray/charcoal. Black should nit be part of the color name

A lot thinner than anticipated. I had a pair from a competitor that lasted me years and were much thicker. This fabric is buttery soft and the length is great as I am 5'9 but i'm a bit disappointed in how thin they are. Only time will tell. I'm 185 pounds and the large fit perfectly

I really wish y'all would bring back the essential long legging. They were high waisted without it being ridiculous for shorter torso/shorter people. Long time fan and super disappointed you have no options like that anymore.

Why is the waistband so weird now? I've been buying these spandex for years and feel like they constantly change. And not in a good way. Spacedye is still premium. But something is up.

I think the fabric is nice but these don't run true to size. I should have gotten a size smaller than normal because the slide right off.

The waistband tends to fold over during asana and the fabric is a bit sheer. Comfy lounge pants but I definitely didn't want to drop this kind of cash on loungewear.

I love these tights but I wish you would offer full length tights with pockets.

These feel really nice, but they are not super supportive. Biggest issue which surprised me is that they are see through. Steep price price considering that I probably won't wear these out to a class, but they are fine for in the house.

I'm a 4-6 US (normally fit a US 4) size 10 Australian. I found these ran small, mostly due to the very tight top band that kinda makes my tummy fat roll over the top rather than flattening it. Unfortunately because I live in Australia the shipping is not free, the cost to return items and send back the correct size was not worth it, so it was an expensive mistake. i've lost a tiny bit of weight around the tummy since I bought them so I can fit into these a bit better and I think they may stretch out a bit. I'm 5ft 7" and the longer length seemed a bit long when I first put them on but since wearing them the leg length shortens with wear so the length is much better. They feel really silky on and high quality construction but they don't breathe at all during exercise, I felt my legs getting hot and sweaty, I guess I should've expected that from polyester and spandex, why was I thinking these were bamboo?! Not sure what my Lululemon tights are made from but I don't have this problem with them. I bought the matching cropped top and unfortunately I have such a muffin top from the pants that I can't wear it by itself so I put a t-shirt over the top and wear it with my other leggings. The colour I purchased was the forest green, a really beautiful colour.

These used to be my favorite, but the sizing has changed over the years and is much tighter'almost uncomfortable and they are light in the calves. I wish they would go back to the original sizing and fit.

I'm gonna get real. I've been buying Beyond Yoga spacedye leggings for going on 10 years now, either directly from the BY website or from other retailers. I started with what is now called "Essential" long leggings--basically a lower-waisted version. I tried the "Take Me Higher" version of the long legging several years ago and was hooked. A size medium fit me perfectly--the length in the legs was plenty long enough (I"m 5'10" with a 33" inseam in regular pants) and the rise portion of the legging fit perfectly--it hit about a half inch below my navel. In the last few years, however, I've noticed some changes. The spacedye material is lighter and less substantial, more stretchy, and fits me like a weird rubber band. And it seems like BY has removed a couple of inches from the length of the legs and added them to the rise/waistband. I've bought both my usual size Medium and even tried a Large, but the leg length and the rise/waist fit is the same for both--ultra high rise and hits about 2" over my navel and onto my lower ribs. So the "long" legging now fits me like a maternity Caught in the Midi legging. . . . I'm frustrated. BY, I can continue to wait for the ultra high rise waist trend to go away if you would only lengthen the legs on your long legging and make them truly long again. Please.

Comfortable but VERY see through!

I have 40" hips and 29" waist which the size chart puts me at a small. I can BARELY get them over my hips. Like the seam around the waist feels like it might rip hard. On the other hand I just tried the mediums, and the waist is too big and feels like it's falling down after a while. I'm not what I would consider curvy, so I"m confused on the sizing... They are super soft like everyone else says.

I love the length-this tall girl needs long leggings and I; always trying to find a good quality solid black high waisted long legging, however I normally wear a size Medium (and the size chart says I should wear a medium) and these are REALLY small, the fabric feels cotton like and kind of stiff/rigid, when held up to other leggings I have that are a medium they look like a xxs. Trying to get these up over my hips was nearly impossible and they're pretty see through but that; probably because of how small they ended up being stretched them so much. I definitely recommend ordering at least a size up. I will definitely need a larger size but based on other reviews maybe I need to size up 2 sizes?

I adore the long legging in the space dye, so I tried this as a solid option. The XL (my usual size in space dye) was so tight I could barely breathe. Sadly had to return, and will stick with the buttery stretch of the space dye from now on.

I have loved beyond yoga for years now! I fell in love with the stretch, softness and durability of their supplex fabric. I noticed they really aren't carrying anymore so maybe they are having supply issues? The fabric feels weren't washed properly in production and it wasn't as soft as normal and didn't have the same four way stretch. Having said that it's still a nice legging and will still wear them. I just hope beyond yoga isn't cutting corners when it comes to quality because that's what I love about them.

Now I have threads hanging and I am expecting they will just get worse. These pants aren;cheap and I have had pants that cost significantly less which held up better. I certainly don;expecting all the threading to come apart after just a few time wearing them - and gentle use, too (I; doing light stretching and workouts in a gym not outdoor hardcore stuff).

I am a regular wearer of BY leggings and these have to be, hands down, my least favorite. If you like binding, tight leggings, then these are for you. If you are shorter, below 5'7, they will bunch at ankles, which I am fine with, or wear them over your heels, which I like anyway.... but they are long. My opinion? Spacedye leggings are, by far, my favorite and they may cost a little more, but you can wash, dry in dryer and after a few years, they still look new and they are like second skin! I returned these leggings for a pair of Spacedye charcoal grey.

I got these in a size xs, which is what I wear in other leggings brands (I; 5'4'' 120 lbs, w/ 25.5 inch waist). However, after six months of wearing these, the waist constantly sags down, and I have to keep pulling them up. I think the xxs would have done it for me, but the sizing chart is off, so keep that in mind before purchasing since they are an investment.

They absolutely are soft and buttery, and they fit great. If you are only wanting to lounge in them, they are probably fine. If you want to workout and you sweat though, you will look like you had an accident. It is much better in the black than the dark blue, but it is still there, if you're looking. Personally, I would not have paid this much for bottoms I can't work out in, but that's just me. I won't include pictures because no one wants to see that :sweat_smile: 2 stars because they really are soft and beautiful. Just unwearable for 75% of what I bought them for.

Unfortunately I am having to return this style of legging. The size was much tighter than others I've purchased (same L size) and the material was thinner than my comfort level.

Disappointed in these leggings. I bought these to replace a pair I bought 7 years ago, and the fabric has changed. These are thinner to the point of being slightly sheer. I was willing to spend so much on a new pair because I was so impressed with how long my previous pair lasted. I bought the matching Focus Cropped Tank and that fabric has the same quality of my old leggings. Although I bought the top and leggings in the same color, the top is darker and softer.
