I will never bring a full sized carry-on wheelie on a trip again. This little que-bie cutie will fit under your seat if push comes to shove with your neighbor over overhead bin space, and I swear I can fit just as much in it as I could with a more standard size. (I recommend using packing squares to keep things organized though.) The wheels are smooth and the telescoping handle feels very light. I'm absolutely delighted with this bag. I did notice two flaws that don't bug me too much, but you should know about them. First, the outside pockets are a struggle to stuff things in and pry things out of. They are just too flush with the bag itself. Don't expect to store anything in there other than maybe some papers or a ticket or something. Definitely not keys. I mean, you could put your keys in there so that you will always know where they are, but then you'll find yourself alone in a chilly parking garage at 11 PM skinning the heck out of your hands trying to dig out your car keys so you can get home after your cross country flight. But the more you know, the more you know on this one. Second, I'm not a fan of having a telescoping handle disappear and then get a cloth flap zipped over it. I guess it looks more polished that way if you want to lug a little suitcase around by it's tote handle, but why would you? And when I want to get a telescoping handle up, I don't want to have to unzip a flap to carry out said operation. First world problems. This is a great bag. Pricey, but if you're going to be doing lots of short trips for work on the dinky commuter jets, it's wonderful. Just make sure to get some packing squares/cubes.
