felt short to me, will need a longer size. Like the look, insole not removable

I have been looking for comfortable and stylish red shoes for a while so I ordered these shoes in both size 41 and 42 to be sure at least one of them would be a keeper. The color is a beautiful tomato red, the leather is so soft, but the fit leaves something to be desired. The size 41 were long enough and wide enough but strangely, I could see my toe poking up through the leather. The toe box was just too tapered - not narrow, just not deep enough. I tried the 42 to see if the extra length might solve the problem, but they were huge and I could still see my toe poking up. What a disappointment! I'd recently purchased a dressier pair of Pikolinos with a low heel and they are fabulously comfortable so I was sure this was the brand for me. Apparently not. The quest for red shoes continues....

I really wanted to love these shoes, but needed to return them because they didn't fit my foot. I usually wear a size 7M. I purchased the size 37 and although they were long and wide enough, the toe wasn't "deep" enough and they rubbed on the tops of my toes (I have high arches and this makes my instep rather high). The leather is soft and the color (brandy) is beautiful. These would be so cute with jeans, but unfortunately, not for me.

A very nice looking shoe. Beautiful leather, but very soft and doesn't seem like it would be supportive. I usually take an 8, but after reading reviews ordered the 39 (81/2 - 9). The shoe was a bit long, but the toe box was shallow so it pressed on my toes. Didn't think they'd hold up well either. Not for me.

I first got this shoe in 39 brown, and it fit amazingly well. I have US size 8 narrower feet and I could tie the laces fine, and my feet wouldn't swim around in it. The leather is super soft and the craftsmanship beautiful. Very comfortable to walk around in. They are the perfect shoe I've been looking for to go with dresses, skirts and pants in a relaxed and comfortable way, but avoiding the sneaker trend that makes me look clownish. These are more elegant. The brown pair is made in Spain. Liking the brown ones so much, I decided to get the blue. The blue are made in Vietnam and were extremely tight across the toe area. I studied and compared the two pairs for a long time, and the difference is not visually discernible. It's like they cheapened out on the leather across the toes and made it out of a shorter piece. You could see the outline of my big toe on one foot through it! Also, in the Vietnam-made blue pair the back seam at the heel was very hard and hurting a bit. I was so saddened, because I thought I found a staple shoe I could buy in several colors. But the fabrication is not coordinated across these different countries. I only lowered the score by one star for the blue pair, since the brown was so awesome.

These were soft and conformed well to my average width feet, but I had a hard time balancing on the narrow heel base. I could feel the outside edge of the heel and felt like my feet would stretch out the leather upper in that direction over time. The leather is so soft that it seemed like they might not hold up. Ended up returning.

Nice shoe but no arch support and insole is not removable.

These shoes were weird. I did not like how the shoe felt when I was walking. Everything was fine, style, comfort. Except my feet are 7.5 and I had to order 38 so they are bigger than usual. They went back.

This is a beautifully crafted shoe , very well cushioned but, unfortunately, has no support.

I am a huge Pikolinos fan and was disappointed in fit (ran 'way short) and quality of the leather. If a company wants go all in on fine and fragile leather, they shouldn't choose hides that are not quite of that quality.

I have this style in blue and brown. I LOVE the blue ones. They were very comfortable right out of the box. I wear them very often and get tons of compliments. The brown pair are equally as comfy but are very squeaky.

I really loved these shoes and tried to make them work, but after two days of dithering, I sent them back. I agree with some other reviewers that they feel short for the size. I am a solid 8 and ordered the 39. I have other Pikolinos in size 39 (8 - 8.5), but these felt shorter than that. The padding was great and they were really cute, but they just felt short. I had a little room at the toe, but I just wasn't comfortable with them. I would try the 40, but they don't have that size in any of the colors. Disappointed.

These shoes are beautiful, but I could not even get them on. They stated the shoes were 11.5-12, but they are clearly 11 or smaller.

Initially, it felt comfortable, but within 2 wearings, I realized that there was something wrong with this product for me. The leather is so soft that it stretched out immediately and the sole was too narrow for the shoe, so that my ankle turned while wearing it. It is not balanced properly.
