Love the brand. Love the look of these shoes, and the leather is so soft but I'll be returning them. The problem is that the top part is too big and doesn't hug my foot as I hoped.

I stumbled upon these sandals and decided to give them a try. I'm so glad I did! I chose the gray color which is a nice alternative to my usual black thong sandals. These sandals are incredibly comfortable and stylish. Although I typically wouldn't spend this much on a sandal, I think I will be living in these this summer!

Pretty and soft, but the back strap rubbed a bit when i walked around the house with them so i decided to return.

This is the second pair I bought. I wore them out of the box for an entire event with no problems. The only reason I gave a four for style is because of the white soles.

Returning as leather stitching inside the top part of the sandal painful after 12 minutes.

These are my favorite shoes of all time. The first time I put them on I wore them all day without any problem at all. I recently had a knee replacement and need some support and some "give" in the sole and these shoes fit the bill. Would love to order them in black too but don't really want a white sole with black so probably won't. In any case I highly recommend them!

I love this shoe and really wish it would work. I originally tried a size larger and it was way to big. This pair was my true size but it had just too much room in the bed of the shoe. It was for someone with a bigger not longer foot. I tightened it to the last hole in the strap but it still had a big gap on the top straps. However it is a beautiful sandal.. I have another pair of Gentle Souls and they are a very comfortable shoe.

Like several others have posted, these were very comfortable, and very cute, but they were too wide. I fall on the narrow side of medium, but have several other Gentle Souls brand shoes that fit perfectly, these are very wide for a medium width. Sadly they have to go back...

These were cute but a little clunky. I have a narrow bridge to my foot and a high arch. These felt good but didn't offer much support.

I'm very mixed on this shoe, but the biggest problem with this shoe is that it stinks. As in literally. I bought 2 different sizes and one of them smelled bad, but the other one reeked terribly of toxins. My youngest and I are sensitive to chemicals, but you don't need to be sensitive to chemicals to be knocked out by what the size 8.5's smelled like. It was simply overpowering. It's hard to know what the word "organic" inside the box lid is referring to after trying on these shoes. On the positive side, the black upper is very cute and they are very comfortable, but the white sole is not attractive at all. I wish they could have done something about that too. Sending them back and trying to find something different and am hopeful something will work out!

I took these shoes to Vietnam and walked in them for three weeks. I have now ordered them in three other colors and plan to live in them. They are the most comfortable shoes, and I have BAD feet!

These sandals are THE MOST COMFORTABLE SHOES that I have ever owned. OMG! I ordered them on looks and didn't really realize the price until I logged back later. I was about to return them on principle (who spends that much on sandals? But I slipped them on and never looked back. The upper is super soft and doesn't rub any place on the foot. The cushiony platform feels like I'm walking on a cloud. Pretty lightweight too. These are worth every cent. In fact I'm going to order another pair to make sure I have them for next season--- although I don't expect them to wear out too fast. Seem very well made. I can't gush enough about these sandals!

Very comfortable all day shoe in hot weather— with lots of standing. Well balanced, so for me a good shoe.

These are my go-to shoes. I can wear them all day, get on a plane, fly five hours home and still feel good! Don't hesitate to try a pair—they are really GREAT.

These are comfortable right out of the box. I have a foot with a broken bone and these were a godsent. I gave four stars because I do not like the white sole.

I have a problem with my foot that I broke a bone in years ago. I went through several pairs of sandals before I got these. They are very comfortable even with problem feet.

The front part is too wide which is a bummer b/c I really liked this shoe!

These shoes are too big all over...too long, too wide, too loose. I own more than a few pairs of Gentle Souls, so this was a total surprise and disappointment. Adjusting the strap didn't help. The leather is lovely and soft, the color is exactly what I was looking for, and the arch support was okay. I'm so sorry to have to return these.

So so comfortable and pretty cute. Just a bit too wide for me which is highly unusual.

I ordered these after I saw someone wearing them in real life. They looked terrific and comfortable at the same time! They have super soft leather on the inside of the straps so there is not rubbing or chafing, and the soles are light and comfy. I highly recommend these shoes.

Great summer sandal, good for work or play.

First, I love Gentle Souls and the style and color (Dusty Grey) of these shoes. They are also extremely comfortable. However, I agree with several of the reviewers regarding the gap between one strap and your foot. No matter how you adjust the buckle, there is still a gap which looks odd. Unfortunately, I will be returning these shoes.

I ordered a half-size down (as I had tried these on at a store previously and knew they ran large), so the length was fine. However, although these have a cushy-memory foam comfort, there's something odd about the design of the sandals. My feet felt as if they were being pushed downwards towards my toes instead of having a whole foot balanced point. Hope that makes sense. The other thing is the strap behind the foot doesn't have any give, so you would have to buckle and unbuckle it. Try the UGGS sandal that look almost the same, but they have a less-deep platform which make them much, much more comfortable than these.
