This shoe was comfortable right out of the box. I have never said that before about a shoe. Was pleasantly surprised. The straps are soft and didn't rub anywhere. I wear a narrow but got this in a medium and it was perfect. I've discovered that Naturalizer narrows are too narrow in the toe box for me. I highly recommend this shoe. Perfect for the office.

I tried the narrow but the front straps are still too wide

Ran a little wide for a narrow

The straps across the front of this shoe are just a bit too snug when my feet swell. The straps are nice and smooth, so they won't rub or pinch, but the shoe just doesn't fit. I also don't like the look of it on my foot. The straps are too wide, especially around the ankle. A narrower strap would make this shoe much more attractive. It's a well made shoe, but it just doesn't appeal to me.

This sandal most definitely runs wide. I ordered a narrow, which is normally my width in Naturalizers, and it fit like a medium normally does for me. The style is a heavier look than what appears in the photo -- especially the ankle strap. Thanks for making the return process so easy, Zappos.

These shoes were very wide on my foot, and also looked less stylish on my foot than in the photo.
