Had them a month and they are already falling apart. Leather is not good quality. Any scratch will tear into the boots. Very disappointing

Great boots! A little heavy but, I'm not complaining. Waterproof for sure! Thick leather, no framing nails going through the soles (I assure you).

Nice boots. Little stiff to break in. Very comfortable, accept, runs a little warm. Could use better ventilation. In general happy with them.

These boots are durable. I wish they had better grip on the bottom sole I went on a newly installed roof in a residential area which the roof material was made of some new white colored vinyl roof material and I would slide while walking to the service a HVAC package unit. These boots break in easily and mode to your feet which is a huge plus for me the last set of boots I purchased was Georgia boots which never got broken in and they were uncomfortable to work in

I bought these for my husband. He loves them super comfortable and stylish. If he keeps them clean they could be a dressy casual boot. Not going to happen.

These are good boots! I liked how durable they felt and how good they looked. They are in fact waterproof up to the laces. Which is great for stopping around in the mud and rain. They also have kept my feet warm in the cold days of winter. However, I did find that these boots are definitely on the heavy side. The only other issue I had with these boots is that they don't have aglets on the laces. I noticed them start to fray after about a month or two. I fixed that by making my own aglets from heat shrink electrical connectors. Which worked great! I've had these boots for a few months, and they are starting the reak. I'd like to know if Carhartt has any special cleaning tips. I think just a good hand wash with a brush, soap and vinegar should do the trick. Overall, I'd recommend them to others who need a durable work boot and didn't mind a boot that's a little heavy. I would buy these again but I don't think I'll have to, as they've held up really well.

Quality build

The sizing of these boots make 0 sense. I am a size 10 or 10.5 in every other shoe brand from Nike, Addias, Eddie Bauer, Timberland, etc. I ordered these in a size 9 and I am still able to nearly fit my entire hand into the boot with my foot. I tried the 8.5 on in a store near me and couldn't fit in the shoe comfortably enough to wear for longer than 10 - 15 minutes. They need to hone in their sizing and produce a more consistent boot before I ever consider buying shoes from this brand again.

Very stylish and comfortable. My local hardware store had these at the listed price -40%. I would've paid the original price in a heartbeat. Comfort wise, the tongue is padded which feels extra but I'm not complaining. There's no hook on the top of the heel for application assist but you don't need it and adds to the style aesthetic. When I was a carpenter (I'm a barber now) it always felt awkward wearing my boots out on the town. Putting them on and how they felt always triggered me to think I was at work but these bad boys look NICE. (!) If I was back in the trades I'd probably get the steel toe version. Don't paint in these as it ruins the dual aspect of this boot. Been a Carhartt fan since 91. Between US and WIP (Carhartt street wear brand that started on their 100th Anniversary) This is hands down my most exciting purchase. Going to a store and trying them on would be the best option. US Carhartt oversizes like CRAZY. I'm an 10.5 but these fit me perfectly at 9.5.

Better than expected.

The tongue on the let foot lean to the left causing discomfort at the side of the ankle. Right foot very comfortable.

Most comfortable and good looking boots! This is my first lined boots from Carhartt and the only thing I can say is that I'm loving them,with this Georgia winter weather my feet feel warm all the time,and the best part is that I feel like I'm wearing tenis shoes!
