SUPER comfortable out of the box, perfect for a little-bit-funky work shoe, especially if you need to walk. Heel the perfect height - high enough to look good, low enough to be easy to stand/walk in. The strap across the toes was comfortably wide across the foot and didn't pinch at all. Nothing pinches, footbed feels like wearing a pair of Birkenstocks (not as much arch support as Birks, but I do feel some, which for me is unusual in most shoes). Love them!

Fantastic shoe to wear with those wide leg pants/jeans looks. Sofft shoes are easy on the knees and back for me. Was so happy to find this chunky heel in a beautiful distressed leather. I even tried on the Milan with my black pencil skirt....looked good! The half-size smaller gave more arch support in this style for my feet. Thanks Zappos! for a successful shopping experience.

Love these shoes. I've never worn a pair of Sofft shoes I didn't like. They a comfy and so, so cute! Well made, too.

If you're at all tempted by these beauties, I strongly suggest that you give in to temptation. They are soooo comfortable, and very stylish and flattering. They'll go with anything, but my temptation is to wear them mostly with capris and shorts, to show them off. Yes, they're a bit pricey, but the leather is soft, the shoe VERY well made, and they'll last a very long time.

These fit well and are comfortable right out of the box. I feel I could wear all day walking around. Great style, very edgy.

Super cute and comfy and an ideal heel height that looks high but is very walkable. I worry that if the soft buttery leather stretches over time they could become loose over the top of my foot, but there is enough support in design to not be an issue.

Absolutely love these shoes. So comfortable and stylish. Already have a pair that I wear. These are my second pair for when the first ones wear out!

Gorgeous shoe! First time I have ordered Sofft. Super comfy and beautifully made, however, the Platino color is much more gold metallic than the pewter or platinum shade it appears to be. And more glittery than is my style, so I'm returning but I love the shoe so much I ordered it in the black! I could see myself coming back for another color in the future.

I bought a 7, my usual size, and it was too loose on my foot. Returned for a 6 1/2 and it fits much better. Beautiful comfortable shoes.

I order two pairs of this show in different colors. My normal size 7 was not available in either color so I took a chance and ordered both in 6 1/2. I have had extensice foot surgery on both feet so they hurt my big toes because they were a bit small. They are very cute and they were not so small that normal feet would not have tolerated them. I hated to send them back.

The shoes fit very well, and there's a toe pad so there isn't a lot of forward pressure on the foot. The zipper is comfortable and doesn't rub and the toe opening large enough to allow toes to move without rubbing against the leather. Very comfortable and beautiful.

I love these shoes! After years of working on my feet, my foot has grown to a size 11. These shoes do not make your feet look huge. They are roomy enough without your foot feeling squeezed but not so much that they are sloppy to wear. The toe bed is comfortable and does not push your toes in at uncomfortable angle. Overall, the shoe has great support. I usually have to break in new shoes but not these. I wore them the first time right out of the box for several hours and my feet did not hurt. I would definitely recommend them.

I am 66 years old and love these shoes. They are very comfortable. Haven’t dance in them yet but that’s tomorrow night!

These shoes are everything you could want: comfortable (the insole is wonderful and soft), good looking and well made. I love how the unusual cut and that they can be dressed up or down. The only thing I don't like is that they feel somewhat loose and wobbly in the ankle area. I do have narrow feet, ankles and heels, though, so I'm not shocked, given that they can't be adjusted. I'm an 8.5 in most heels and heeled sandals and a 9 in flat sandals and most other shoes (9.5 in tennis shoes), and these fit great in an 8.5. I find Sofft shoes to fit true to size.

I bought these in black and love them, so I went back and got the luggage oyster as well. It is a nice versatile brown. I think these sandals are so comfortable. The top strap doesn't cut into my foot like other styles. They seem comfortable right out of the box, and the heel height is perfect for my needs. I ordered the 8 which is my typical size in sandals. The fit is nice, although they are a bit loose across the top (in no way does that affect the ability to walk in them). My foot is narrow and my instep high. This works for me

These shoes are a dream. I took them right out of the box and wore them for 10+ hours on concrete floors. I could not have asked for more comfort, and they are super cute!

I love these shoes but have narrow feet and the cage was too wide. Alas -- back they go.
