I wish they were mire comfortable, because they are very stylish. They are a bit snug in the toe area, but slip in the heels. Heel inserts didn't help enough, so sadly I will be returning.

Beautiful shoe, I love the style and the comfort level, however the sizing didn't work out for me. Size 36 was too snug all around, so then I ordered size 37 and it was fine in the toe area but too long even for adding heel pads as a modification. If only they had a size in-between, it would have been perfect.

Attractive and would be comfortable if they hadn't been too small. A little narrow in the toes, and a little too short in length. I'm a 10 but with some shoes a 10 1/2 . But many brands stop half sizes at 9 1/2.

The shoe is lovely looking but ran quite small & narrow. Very disappointing because it is attractive.

Loved the look and the fit. On first wearing after a block the left heel started making a loud noise with each step- really loud.

I thought I was buying a 4.5 pair of shoes. They was huge and had to be returned. Big disappointment.

The size was true to my size, I wanted to love this boot but the shaft was so baggy, it looked horrible, I have med, athletic calves and boots usually fit snug around the calf , some I've had to return because they wouldn't zip up but these were so incredibly baggy, maybe if they made a "slim calf" fit, they'd work (never had that problem before) had to return them

The box contained the wrong shoe size - despite box saying the correct size I ordered. The shoes also appeared to be worn

I never tried on these shoes. When I received them, they were not individually wrapped. They had obviously been returned, and no one repacked them properly. They were horribly scuffed and the suede was completely ruined all over on both shoes. This was very odd, as I have been ordering shoes from Zappos for my entire family without incident for years. My daughter and I need shoes for a wedding, and I was really excited about these. I sent them back.
