For an aviator style, this is a little different. The pattern is very slight, but it makes you look twice. The glasses are very light and daaaark. They are comfortable.

I have worked at Sunglass Hut for almost a year now and have been going back and forth on what frames I wanted to purchase. I am glad I purchased this pair! The matte tortoise is sharp and the flex hinges make them extremely comfortable. This is the first bronze lens I have ever worn and the clarity and color is the best!

I have other Maui Jim glasses mostly with neutral gray tints. I found this blue tint was a little better contrast and brighter that was ideal for playing golf. I also have issues with my eyes so the UV protection that Maui Jim glasses provide is essential to being able to play outside. And the glass lenses rarely scratch and are east to clean.

These glasses are so fun! Plus they are comfortable and the lens is awesome in bright sun.

The gray, bigradient lens is beyond compare. I love how the matte frame feels. The superthin glass compared to a polycarbonate lens hardly has any weight difference. My only complaint is that the nose pads soak up my makeup right off my face, but I knew that would happen before I bought them.

They are nice to wear , while wearing them they block out the sun rays but don't change the atmosphere colors look natural, and they aren't dark at all . I have very sensitive eyes to sun these help a lot and look very good .

Love the design of these glasses. So many sunglasses have huge wide temples and the temples on these are nice and slim. Interesting that temples change to black from the tortise-shell of the frame. Lens are the superior quality you expect from MJ. I'm a brown-lens guy and love the lens.

Love the spring hinges, mat finish and color of the new frames. Of course the optical clarity of MJ is the best.
