I love the way this shoe looks and how lightweight they are. But, the arch support is as hard as a rock and very uncomfortable. I have very high arches, but these shoes seriously hurt my arches. However, I removed the insoles and put them in my Ryka Sky Walk shoes I've had for a couple of years that needed some arch support and now my Sky Walks are the most comfortable pair of work shoes I own. I can now wear them for 8+ hours and my feet don't hurt anymore. Then, I threw the rest of the show away. I wish I could order more Sky Walks with the insoles of these shoes in them. It's a match made in heaven, lol.

I ordered these same shoes in a different color about a year ago. I have LOVED them. These are not the same fit. The toe box is more narrow and the arch support hits in a bad spot. I have a high arch and wide toe box. These did not work. I'm so sad they changed the fit. I thought i had found the perfect shoe.

This was my 3rd pair of Ryka shoes, and I couldn’t believe the difference. My most recent pair was the Dash, and when they came they fit like a glove. These Dash 3s were unwearable. The insole felt like it hit my foot oddly even though it appeared to be the same when compared to my other Rykas. I also felt my foot was pronating when I tried them on. Returned.

The Ryka Dash 3 was a disappointment, compared to past Ryka Dash. Had to send back. This style use to fit great, was comfortable, and no longer. Back to looking for another brand of sneakers. Ryka changed a good thing, like other companies have done in recent years.

I ordered my normal half size larger for Ryka shoes and they were still too small and they rubber the side of my big toes. Returned because of the size and discomfort.
