I love these shoes! They were comfortable from the first time I wore them. They have very good arch support and are very cushioned.

First Time I put these shoes on and went for a 5 mile walk up north this weekend. Loved these shoes they were very comfortable and the support was wonderful.

I needed a good walking shoe that doesn't contain memory foam. These are very comfortable, have good arch support and are very light. Love that they are breathable, so my feet should stay cool. I prefer white shoes during the summer and the mint green is a nice touch. Have purchased Ryka shoes in the past and really like them.

I've found this to be one of the most comfortable durable shoe to wear after my total knee replacement! I've bought 2 pairs and would get more if they had more colors!

I love love love all my Ryka sneakers, this is my eighth pair. They are TRUE to size, I always know exactly what size to order. They give me great support but still let my feet breathe

These DASH 3 shoes are a perfect fit. Replacing former DASH shoes from last year, it took a few weeks to break them in, but they are now very comfortable. Lots of high arch support and narrow heel support, yet lots of width in front for toes and ball of foot. I wear them for walking and jogging everywhere.

Loved this sneaker right out of the box, first use I walked 4.2 miles, no blisters. No rubbing, nothing. I have bad feet too. I am looking forward to buying more. I bought 81/2 wide. They fit perfect

I love the Dash 3. I was a huge fan of the original Dash but the fit of the Dash 2 was much different. This version is much like the original with some extra cushioning thrown in I think. I would say please no more updates on this style. These are pretty perfect!

I ave been using your brand for 5 years. The only complaint is that the model I first bought is no longer available t. The replacement is working well. Fits my foot and stays comfortable.

I have many feet problems stemming from rheumatoid arthritis. I have to work on my feet all day and these shoes support my high arches and fit like no other brand. They are also very breathable wonderful for wearing in hot weather. highly recommend!

I love the Dash 3. I didn't realize how good they are for my particular situation until I bought and wore a pair of sneakers from another company. They ended up making my feet go numb. I'm back to my Ryka, and have no plans to change. They wear well, and are super lightweight, which makes a difference in the southern heat! I do have to use inserts from my podiatrist, but they fit well, and allow me to continue to use my favorite walking shoes. I would like to see more fun colors, I do like the dash of pink on the dark blue shoes.

These are the best shoes I have had in a long time. They feel GREAT on my feet. I have had ankle surgery and still have swelling that occurs; these shoes even feel wonderful at the end of the day.

This is a great show for me, a senior citizen! I can use it for neighborhood or treadmill or for all day, every day wear!

I have been wearing these on daily walks for nearly a year and I ordered this second pair for when the first pair wears out. It hasn't happened yet; the first pair is still going strong. I'm 71 and extremely picky about my walking shoes. When you're this old, you have lost some of the padding on the bottoms of the feet, and without a cushiony insole it's like walking on rocks. I need a lightweight shoe with support and comfort. These fit the bill and are good looking too.
