These shoes are very comfortable and offer great support for walking. I put many miles on them the first week and my feet feel great. I am glad that I followed the advice others left in their reviews to order 1/2 a size larger than my normal. The larger size fit me perfect.

I usually have to put insoles in my shoes for added support but these shoes have plenty of support without using anything extra. They are soooooo comfortable!! I am hooked.

I have high arches and suffered with plantar fasciitis a few years ago, after which I've had lots of trouble with shoes. I am a teacher and on my feet most of the time. The Ryka Dash are the most comfortable shoes I own - I don't even need to wear my orthotics with them. Please keep making them for the next 50 years!

The fit is perfect for my foot...a wider toe area and narrow heel. Arch support is just right; not too much. This cute, comfortable shoe runs true to size...the only brand I wear!

In spite of reading that I should size up 1/2 size, I had to return those shoes and get my regular size instead (8). Now the shoes feel great. Hope to have some better weather soon so I can take a walk in them! And due to narrow heel, they feel secure on my feet.

I replaced a different pair/style of Rykas with these and I haven't worn them outside yet, just indoors to make sure they are comfy and i like them MUCH better than the other pair i got. These feel sturdier/better support and fit better. Very happy with them!

Dash 3 is the perfect walking shoe for me. I log a lot of miles, but never have any irritation or other problems. Since I don't like a lot of build up in the heal, this area of Dash 3 is my favorite feature. The price is great, too.

I wear between and 8 and 8 1/2; based on the reviews I ordered the 81/2 and it is perfect. They are so comfortable right out of the box and I have been wearing them everyday as they seem to help my knees. I have a very narrow heel and these shoes do not ride up and down on my heel like standard brands do. I love them so much I have ordered a second paid in a different color just so I can change out every other day. Do not hesitate, these shoes have all the cushion you can imagine.

When I discovered this shoe 8 years ago I was wearing orthotic. Now, I slide the shoe on and off I go. No orthotics. I have 4 pairs in all the colors.

I have been having tons of problems w my feet and these are the first shoes that have felt great for all day walking. Wide toe bed but nice and narrow at heel, nice high arch. Highly recommended

I've lost track of how many Dash Walking Shoes I have bought in the last few years, but they are my go-to for walking and casual wear. They fit perfectly and the combination of narrow heel and wide toe box keep me comfortable when I'm on my feet all day (10,000 or more steps, according to my FitBit)

I have a bunion on one foot so I get wide ones. Furthermore I walk about 4-5 miles a day and play pickle ball. I use these for everything. They are so comfortable and long lasting. Love them.
