This is one of the best fits I have ever had - I can always count on New Balance to fit my foot properly. I have a couple of pairs of dress shoes, and cross trainers for racquetball - so I decided to take a chance on a pair of sandals. I wore them in the office all day without a problem and then took the dog for a 1 mile walk up and down hill. My foot did not go over the sides (as some false wide shoes often do) and my toes did not go beyond the end of the sole.

I've worn New Balance shoes for most of my adult (and I'm an old guy). I've always been satisfied with the fit, comfort and quality of NB shoes. These however are a major exception. The fit is fine and the style is nice BUT .... they provide zero arch support and the insoles are some sort of "plastic" material as opposed to leather or cloth. They feel like you're walking on a plastic table top. My advice to you is to take a pass on these. Instead, take a look at the Drew Warren sandal. Sure, they are expensive but you won't find a more comfortable and very well made shoe. They come with a removable orthopedic insole and these shoes, by their appearance, will last "forever".

I previously owned a pair of NewBalance sandals for almost 15 years and they finally died. They had a hard rubber sole and after all that time they showed almost no wear. This new pair has a much softer material and after only a few walks they are already showing wear so they are not going to last as long. They don't have half sizes so the 10 is slightly large but still comfortable.The previous pair closed with velcro which was very easy and quick to adjust.This pair closes with a bayonet fitting which is somewhat more cumbersome. I like the style but I'm confident they won't hold up as long as my last pair.

Because of foot issues I haven't been able to wear sandals until I found these. Comfortable and fit well. Happy with them .

What the picture does not show is how light these are but they feel like they will be durable. The inside is textured to stimulate circulation and all three straps are adjustable. Best of all, the quick release for easy on and off.

I first noticed how lightweight the sandals are!! It's like wearing nothing on your feet. My husband is not a sandals guy and he really likes these. They are super functional and very adjustable if you need that option. These will be his go-to sandals/shoes!!

as advertised, nice sandal.

This allowed me to accommodate a brace I had to wear around my ankle after a surgery. I don't usually wear sandals, but these did the trick.
